I recently had the chance to try some calamari chips, and while they were overall okay, there were a few issues that detracted from my enjoyment of them. One of the main problems I encountered was a strange, almost off-putting flavour that I couldn't quite identify. It was definitely not what I was expecting when I ordered calamari chips, and it made it difficult to fully appreciate the other elements of the dish. In addition to the odd taste, I also found that the calamari chips themselves could have been thicker. While they had a nice crunch to them, they were quite thin and seemed to lack the satisfying chewiness that I usually associate with calamari. I think if they were thicker and more substantial, they would have been much more enjoyable to eat. Despite these issues, I did appreciate some aspects of the calamari chips. Overall, while I wouldn't necessarily recommend these calamari chips without caveats, I think they could be improved with some adjustments to the flavour and thickness of the chips themselves.

Not what i expected good flavor but in a jerky form, takes a minute to chew! Wasnt impressed and wont order again but you may feel differently..i tried chopping to use in salad but hard to chop too so i ended up blending in food processor with cream cheese and spices to make a cracker spread which was awesome.

I ordered this before & loved it,that's why i order again,i open one immediately, it tasted stale & soury,& not crispy like before. Can i return the unopened ones & get refund?

This snack is exactly what it says on the bag, a crispy dried squid snack that is a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory. The outside coating is crispy and while the squid has a little chew initially it softens pretty quickly so you don't have to wear your jaw out to enjoy it. My whole family are seafood lovers and unsurprisingly loved this, even my 9-year-old kept asking for more after her initial taste. The biggest negative to this snack is the price. At about $5 per serving (assuming you eat an entire bag according to the serving size) it's a little expensive for an everyday thing.

I thought this was Calamari flavored chips but I am surprised that it is actually Fried Calamari! It is delicious! A little bit chewy, but you can always heat it up again in the air fryer. Will definitely purchase more.

I previously was buying Mama's Choice Fried Calamari Snack at Costco, but they discontinued stocking it, so I thought I would gives these a try. They are good, but they have a weird aftertaste the Mama's brand didn't. I'm not going to be reordering.

Pretty tasty, but I would never call them "crispy" They are more like a chewy greasy batter, and quite a thick coating around the squid.

Wanted to try something different. Nope, no way never again. Not like calamari at all. Think concentrated fish flavor alot!

Tough and does not taste like calamari.
