This has been a great addition to our at home gym. It has been nice for me as a beginner to working out, but my husband also uses it and has been consistently working out for over 20 years. This ultimately is all we need as it can be used for so many different exercises, from squats and lunges to chest presses and rows. It is compact and doesn’t take up much room. If my husband knows he will be out of town for a week at a time he takes it with him to use in the privacy of his hotel room so he doesn’t miss a day of his workouts. We love our SQUATZ Apollo Board Mini! It has arm, leg, hand, and waist attachments for numerous exercises. You could also attach other bars (if you own other gym equipment). The smart app is quick to sync with the machine itself, and it has lots of great programs available to follow. The board speaks to you letting you know resistance is set or if it has been released. The knob is rotatable, so adjustment is a breeze. I love the simplicity of the machine and how many core exercises can be done with it. So many possibilities! Such a great home workout gym device. It’s versatile and has great resistance on both the pull and release. The app you use for it is free, and super helpful at making this an easy workout without needing to plan the exorcises. Highly recommend!

It’s been 4 years since I got out of the Army. Wanted to start working out again, but now I’ve got 3 kids and no time to get to a gym. Also pretty much everything I know about working out is follow what the instructor says to do. I don’t have time for the bandwidth. I got lucky and found someone selling the Apollo travel mini smart fitness board on marketplace for a steep discount. It was unopened. Setup was a breeze and I found a novice workout in the app. Directions were easy to follow with rests between reps. If you don’t know what you are doing the app is great, and if you do know what you are doing the board is easy to configure manually. Tucks underneath my bed and I can unplug for extra peace of mind from my young kids. Very impressed with this machine. Also I didn’t see anyone else mention it, but the board comes with a large plastic handle that attaches with metal brackets on the bottom and slots into the preattached handle. It increases the footprint for you to stand on. Looks like if you really wanted the extra foot space it would be nice, but I am 6’3” with a size 13 and I thought it was fine as is.

Before purchasing this machine, I was hesitant due to the lack of reviews, wondering if it would be a worthwhile investment. Nevertheless, it has exceeded my expectations, proving to be a valuable addition to my home gym. The setup was quick, taking only 2 minutes, and its ease of use is impressive. When this arrived, I wasn't expecting something so heavy duty but glad it is. I bought this to replace an old weight lifting machine because it was taking up too much space. What I love about this is how much space it leaves me with. When it comes to using it, this thing is very much similar to my weight lifting machine too. All of the straps and the bar it comes with are so easy to use. I already have an old bench that's small but it's big enough that I can put it over this board and use it as a bench press. The other thing I love is that this is a full body board that with a turn of a dial, I'm able to adjust the weight as easy as using this. Since I do have 4 dogs, this can get pet fur on it but its really easy to wipe clean. While it does have some weight to it, I can still move it around when I need to clean the floors. Speaking of floors, this doesn't damage my wood floors either. Not to mention, the nonslip pad on top, really does prevent me from slipping and moving around when I'm using it.

I just recently move to a apartment and with my busy lifestyle I don’t have much free time to go to the gym. So I bought this machine to stay in shape and honestly I been so surprise how good it is. I can do a full workout with only one machine. The best thing it’s that it barely take any space so when I workout I just take out of the closet and put it in my living room and when I’m done just put it back in the closet. Overall have good quality and super easy to use and setup. The free app give me good workouts.
