**Q: Is there anyone still receiving a machine with drive roller installed backwards? Do I have to turn the roller around?**
A: I had mine delivered with the rollers installed backwards. The rollers are correct if you are able to turn the handle clockwise and the rollers draw the grain down, between the rollers. To turn the rollers around, you need to separate the roller housing from the hopper and the base. In general, you'll need to pull the housing apart and swap the rollers. Only takes a few minutes. There are videos on YouTube to show how it's done.

**Q: what is the distance between the 2 rollers?**
A: Hi,the rollers' distance is adjustable,between 0.025''to 0.1'',you can adjust it base on your use.thank you

**Q: Can you buy just the base anywhere? I didn’t realize they make one.**
A: Not sure, the unit comes with a base.

**Q: I lost the instruction manual - where can I find a copy online?**
A: Go to YouTube find a video of the operation of the grain mill . Should give you enough information to get you going .
