Another good product from vinod.
I purchased this product almost a month ago...I opted for 18cms pan(it holds a slice of bread easily). Firstly the pan looks great and is really sturdy but not that heavy. I felt it's quite expensive too....but if it's brand vinod then I'm happy to pay for it coz each product from them lasts a very long time and this is my 3rd time purchasing their product.I tried various recipes in this so here's the outcome.Tried dry roasting masalas turned out good, sauted vegetables that was also good... Next thing I tried pancakes so this didn't turned out the way i expected even tough I used oil before pouring batter the pancake slightly stuck, was bit difficult to remove it...so either u might hv to use more oil or u have to be quick on your hands. Takes time to get a knack of using the pan. Overall I'm quite happy with the product

Well suited for making Omlette and frying similar products. Weight is also optimum and not difficult to manage. Good product. Looks solid and once heated cooking is easy.

Be careful while using this pan, its handle ribit cap blasted off
Kindly take a look at the picture attached, you can see on the handle ribits, there is one ribit cap not present. It blasted off with like a gun fire sound and cap banged into something with laud 'tunnn' sound as well, my wife got really scared and asked what was that sound, initially we couldn't figure out what happened. Upon closure look we found that one the handle ribit cap is not there and it has blasted off like that. We suspect that must be some water trapped inside that and during heat, steam would have trapped inside the cap and it finally blasted. One thing to note here that we do not use this pan on daily basis, it was used occasionally, once in a week or so and this happened after an year of such use.Issue is that I have kadhayi's from Vinod that has similar ribit caps on the handle, that could also end up like this, god knows.Forget about the customer support, they won't reply over email for weeks, don't answer the calls, when they does you would laugh on their replies. Like in my case they are mocking me and laughing that this cannot happen and asking me to wash the oil stain around the ribit cap, apart from this blaming me to not use the utensil properly and wanted me to courier the pan to them to Mumbai so they can send replacement when I rigorously followed up with them.
