Expected a better result from Lakme. Its an average product overall. Doesn't work well with eye makeup. After applying, it seems like its melting off the face.

I have been using this primer for the past five months. Before this I was using L'Oreal primer. It is no doubt a very good primer and I always use it prior to a big function. But it is expensive for my day-to-day usage. So I thought of trying Lakme blur which is almost half the price. Lakme is a trustworthy brand and I had high hopes. And sure enough, Lakme has not let me down I use this primer for my casual outings before applying makeup. The skin around my nose is quite porous. This primer is pinkish in colour and it spreads beautifully and creates a silky smooth layer on the skin. The skin looks mostly even tone with blurring out of the blemishes. The primer can be worn just as it is, for a no make up natural, nude look. It brings a lightness in complexion. it is a perfect base for make up. The make up not only comes out well but it also stays for upto four hours ... less than L'Oréal I moisturise my skin as it feels a bit dry. It actually makes one look 5 years younger. So I can say with confidence to go for it. In the budget category I am sure this is the best one you can get. Go for it This primer blurs out all the blemishes and prepares the skin for make up.

I love applying it on my skin because it blends so easily on my skin and make it bright and smooth for the application of foundation.... Perfect to blur your lines and pores for provide smooth base makeup... The perfect canvas for makup...When i used it ,it gave miraculous effect on my skin type. Surprisingly there was not at all patchy and dry skin. Make up stays on skin for longer. After a long time i could get a primer which actually suits my skin tone. Best part of this product is its coverage quality which i have never seen in other primers. It is very soft in touch. Problem of Unevenness on the skin which i had been facing since long is now solved by using Lakme Primer. This primer is equally suitable for normal skin as well as for dry skin. After makeup it gives perfect even matty look.
