I read a lot of reviews, i saw the stars and i fell into the trap. All natural, testosterone booster, stamina builder, vitality enhancer etc - big fancy words.I have been working out regularly for the past 11 years. Not a body builder workouts, i am an immunity and resistance builder. Having multivitamins as supplements is a very natural thing for us, because it helps prevent exhaustion, regulates metabolism (so that we dont feel too hungry because of working out), and keeps our daily diets balanced.Note: Over a long period of time, i have tried multivitamins like Zincovit, Vitamin A-Z, Supradyn, Healthvit, Health Ok, Revital.Health Ok worked best for me. Wake up with good energy, good libido, uplifted mood, fuel for the whole day and very sustainable.I tried wow testoboost this time - 0 effects. Nothing compared to even supradyn (the tablets are low dosage). Interestingly, it recommends 2 per day. I followed that, also no effects. Fact is, it is not strong enough to make a difference to a body that is already exposed to beneficial supplements or healthier and fitter people before.It probably only works for first timers since the body has not been exposed to a supplement ever before.Hence, buy according to which category you belong to.Cheers
