Q: Do I need camber arms or camber bolts with this setup if I lower it all the way???

Most definitely need the camber arms for the rear. Believe you can get some billet ones for 60 bucks a set. As far as the bolts don’t need them if you get the rear arms. But for the front you should get the second gen coil overs that come with camber plates as the first gens don’t have it and only have a little bit of adjustment for camber. Just in my experience with an 06 civic sedan.
