Another feature which acts as a bonus to this particular one, is the rare braided hair which I always wanted to add in my collection and it makes this petite doll more unique than ever! To add to this, the doll possesses a very happy bliss-bestowing-smile. And to add, when received, I remained completely mesmerised by its split shaded honey/sky blue eyes. That two toned white and blue hair also compliments its eager looking face sculpt and in an effort to diversify it more, Mattel has incorporated the curvy body with a lovely beach tan. The doll wears a hefty set of intricately detailed bright-pink sturdy shoes, and the only accessory it comes with is that long golden chain to hang below-chest a seemingly heavy circular gold-pendant.This beautiful Feminine figure, in fact looks like a mermaid, as if come out of water, full in prep to explore hers terrestrial longings on feet!Moreover, on the cover by inside, I saw a small picture down, of the original 1984 sports Barbie which this one has taken its inspiration from. And the inscription under it, mentions this make to be of the Barbie's 65 years of a 'future shaping' celebration range. This forward change in theirs new customer reaching phase will certainly be a self confidence building step for the kids dealing with such life challenges of the new generation.Reviewing from my personal side, when I received the doll, I just fell in love with this doll's lucious deep golden-brown hair. The multiracial face sculpt is a beautified success and the subtle gender-blending pink and blue all-decades identifying dress is refreshingly Feminine! With the least amount of simplistic makeup, the figure possesses a neutral skin tone that anyone could relate with, without falling into any mental debate on likely type-baised discrimination. This AFB doll comes across very organic; in simple terms an all rounder for all to befriend her.And what struck me the most was the lovingly crafted display box. For an ease of opening for the visually impaired customers, they have provided the lower back of the cover with a neatly carved-in cavity for the fingers to slide in efficiently. And there's a write-up in Braille on the lower front below the heading "Expanding possibilities for people with vision loss". I found these two features just heartwarming and genuinely caring. These are all the wonderful traits of empathy. And an hassle-free Mattel has once again, done it.

She is such a beauty. The freckles are less visible unlike the sample pictures. The hair of doll are beautiful too. It’s an amazing doll at an affordable price.

HOWEVER ,MINE CAME IN A DAMAGED DOLL CASE (FROM KNICK KNACK 2..PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER).WISH I HAD GOT IT THROUGH ELECTRONICS BAZAAR STORE OR SMALL CLAP.ORDERED THE SAME AGAIN WITH ELECTRONICS BAZAAR STORE (JULY END 2025) AND THE PRODUCT WAS DECENT.MINOR BLEMISHES IN THE DOLL CASE UNLIKE MY PREVIOUS EXPRIENCE WITH THE OTHER SELLER.MY RECENT MOST ORDER FROM ELECTRONICS BAZAAR STORE OF THE SAME DOLL IN SEPTEMBER 2025 WAS VERY SATISFYING.NO COMPLAINTS THIS TIME.

Beautiful doll.. everything is perfect but the hair is little rough a scar on dolls left leg...but I'm happy with overall quality

The designing of a Barbie fashionista doll based on the Totally Hair Barbie released way back in 1992 is a good idea. Her face and curls are quite beautiful along with the triangular earrings. Her simple outfit based on her predecesser is a good designing technique. Good gift for Barbie collectors of all ages. Pity, her box arrived a bit damaged due to wrapping in a simple delivery cover. It took a great deal of effort to put it back to a reasonable condition. It would be good if cardboard boxes are used for shipment of Fashionistas and other daily play Barbies so that the boxes are not smashed when you give them as gifts. Gifted it to my daughter who was very pleased to receive this model.
