Steam deck got delivered but DIDN’T WORK, I picked the language, connected it to WiFi and it went through the steam download for the OS then it restarted and didn’t work, the screen was lit and showed the logo but as soon as I pressed buttons it was just a blank lit screen, I figured out the problem wasn’t anything I could fix so I returned it and got a refund for it.

My son says it’s better than most he’s had in the past

The steam deck itself is amazing i been playing hell blade on it whit no problems at all and it does include the 2TB as stated on the description my only complaint has nothing to with the console which is that it doesn’t have the screen protector but other than that it’s a great deal totally worth your money in my opinion

I received my Steam Deck in a timely manner appearance wise I looks great . I plugged it in with its provided charger and turned it on to let it get any updates. As far as I could tell it finished its update and was ready to use! I downloaded a game from the Steam store and was able to play in a restricted mode. I turned off the deck then it wouldn’t come back on I’ve tried multiple ways to try and turn it on that I’ve found on line but nothing works I guess it’s a common thing “Black screen of Death” . I’m not saying don’t buy a Steam deck but be prepared for this according to what I’ve found on line this is common! I’ll update if and when I get a fix!
