How the Library (Not the Prince) Saved Rapunzel Paperback – 6 Aug. 2015

Brilliant story which I had seen with my 4 year old daughter on CBeebies Bedtime Story. Ordered for her as a surprise for her May birthday so I know she will love it. She loves books and reading and this story is perfect for her. (into princesses etc and this book has a great "girl power" message)

A wonderful book that works on many levels this is a truly lovely picture book that shows children that the key to their destiny and purpose is in their hands. Beautifully illustrated and a lovely spin on a traditional fairy tale I really enjoyed reading this to my 5 year old daughter.

Bookish alternative fairy tale suitable for children of 3-6, funny and with a great message of personal agency.

I love to share this book with primary school children to promote the library.

Good story for little girls

Love this book, teaching that a prince isn't the answer to your woes, but a meaningful job and books will make you happy! Lovely illustrations and verses too.

Nice story for 5-8 year olds. Based on the story of Rapunzel, but a much more modern, untraditional 'girl power' theme. Only downside was planned to used alongside castles and fairy tales topic at school (I'm a teacher) and was nothing to do with a castle! Doh!

Saw this book in my library and had to order 3 copies for great-nieces for Christmas!
