BAR Plus 64GB - 300MB/s USB 3.1 Flash Drive Champagne Silver (MUF-64BE3/AM)

This is a great choice for a speedy USB drive, looks slick and reliable. I’ve bought a silver 64GB back in 2019, still works great. Recently bought a Gray 256GB variant, I use it for easy video transfers between devices, and also project files. The Speeds during benchmarking are as expected, ~400MB/s Read speeds and ~100MB/s write speeds, real world performance will vary but performance is high nonetheless. High-value USB drives!

I've purchased the Samsung Bar Plus 3.1 USB Flash Drive 13 times between October 2018 and October 2024, including various capacities such as 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. The quality, reliability, and blazing fast performance of these flash drives have been consistently impressive. After four years of heavy use in countless machines, one of the 256GB flash drives stopped working on September 25, 2025. Fortunately, I had just made a backup copy, so I wasn't too worried. Samsung Support was amazing to work with; the representative provided a link to complete the RMA form and assured me that a UPS return label would arrive by email within 48 hours. I highly recommend these flash drives for their quality, durability, outstanding performance and excellent customer service. The attached screenshots from CrystalDiskMark 9.01 are test results of Default, Peak Performance, Real World Performance and Demo test profiles. I’ve also attached a picture of the Samsung flash drive along with the UGREEN USB to USB C Adapter and JSAUX USB C to USB Adapter. Both of these adapters are great!

Samsung makes quality hardware and they got this design right. It is simple and sleek which not only looks classy but ensures it fits into any USB port without crowding out other USB devices next to it. Since they make everything from the flash memory inside to the outer shell Samsung has total control over quality. Reliability is the main reason to buy this drive. The flash memory will last for many write cycles and the drive itself is built to take abuse. I gave this to a family member who accidentally put it through their washing machine and dryer but because Samsung wisely made it a sealed unit the drive survived. We did a full reformat to check every cell and there wasn't a single error. The drive came out of an extended wash and dry cycle fully operational. This is the USB drive to get.

Great USB for the money. Looks sleek and super cool

Definitely a nice little high speed flash drive with sufficient storage. Only downside is it gets extremely hot during operation. When I say extremely hot, I mean it literally burns your finger to touch it for more than a second unless you let it cool down for a few mins first. Other than that, it works great and appears to be built with very durable material.

Works as it should and was great bang for the buck. Interesting shape and decent size. Seems to write plenty quick enough; and I've never noticed any heat, though I don't overly tax it. A good basic backup device.

This USB flash drive is one of the most reliable ones I have ever owned. The metal casing feels premium and provides excellent protection for the storage inside. I have kept one on my keychain and taken it traveling for years, and it has survived almost everything. Once it was even crushed under a luggage trolley wheel and barely had a scratch. Another one has a small dent, but it still works perfectly and plugs in without any issue. Transfer speeds are impressive, especially when reading large files. With speeds up to 400 MB/s, it performs smoothly and consistently. It is advertised as waterproof, shockproof, and heatproof, and most of that seems accurate. The only downside is that it gets very hot after long or heavy use. Despite that, it has never affected performance or reliability in my experience. For anyone who needs a compact, tough, and fast flash drive for travel or daily work, this is an excellent choice. It easily earns its reputation as one of the most durable drives on the market.
