This machine has been so helpful on my wellness journey and I can't start my day without it. I purchased in April and by October I found an issue with the noise. Contacted Powet's customer service and they kindly offered to send me another machine without cost, just had to send a video of the issue I was experiencing. Service was great and they sent my new machine fairly quickly. I was already happy with the machine before the issues experienced (noise and misalignment), but I'm also happy with the service provided aftersales. Overall, great price, compact and lightweight, user-friendly, great for wellness and great customer service experience.

Ok, I'll admit it.. I was skeptical as heck about the claims made for vibration plates.. I'm glad I was wrong. I love this thing. I use it twice a day, every other day. I am someone who has alot of leg and lower back pain as well as an overall feeling of tiredness in my legs at the end of the day. This vibration plate has helped with my pain so much. I love to do my stretches as I stand on it. A bonus is that it has helped me feel less bloated in my waist. I don't know if it will help with weight loss or inches, that isn't why I bought it, I walk on a treadmill or outdoors daily and this helps me warm up before and when I feel like I'm having aches and pains in my joins and muscles, I jump on my vibration plate for ten minutes and I feel like a different person when I'm done. I do suggest starting slowly, I was so sore after the first few days that I used it, almost like I'd run a marathon.. my muscles felt like they had endured a huge workout. Now I use it every other day and give myself a day off and I no longer have any of that muscle fatigue. I have size 9 feet and they fit perfectly on this vibration plate with room for more. It is easily stored under the bed or in the closet and takes up very little room.

The shaking intensity is strong. It takes up very little space and is relatively easy to use. It’s good for relaxing after exercise.

I just got this today and I am beyond excited!! Myself and my kids already took turns on it and it’s exactly what I was looking for!! I cannot wait to see the long term results!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Vibration plate was used once a day for 15 minutes purchased in April and broken by June.

Works great. I’ve got varicose veins and it really helps get deeply stuck blood flowing in my legs. If you have balance problems, consider a model with a handle you can hold because it does work your stability muscles quite a bit even in the basic 10 min cycle.

Make sure you're safe! It's strong and well made. Excellent workout and exceeded my expectations!
