Great product. Love the no sag or drip.
No sag. I couldn't figure that out until I used it. This is a 2 part gel epoxy. I am a printer/copier technician and I use this for work. Customers are always breaking plastic covers. Other epoxies require you to sit there and hold pieces together and clean up drips while trying to keep the epoxy where you want it.Being a gel, take and put a glob on the included mixing stick, place it close to where you want it. A small dental pick can then be used to delicately place the epoxy exactly where and how you want it. The no sag, you can move it from horizontal to a vertical surface and it stays put!Drying times, yes, it is set in 5 minutes. But it takes about 20 minutes or so before you can start using what you just glued up. It has to cure. This is normal for 2 part epoxies.I highly recommend keeping this on hand. I know I will.

Good consistency and probably cost-effective
In case this gets mixed up with other Hardman epoxies, the one I am reviewing here is Hardman Double Bubble Red Non-Sag (Thixotropic) Epoxy Gel-Extra Fast Setting 3-5 Minute. I've done a couple of repair jobs so far with this epoxy and it does a great job. Stated working time is accurate. Dries clear. Forms a strong bond. I had not used a non-sag epoxy before and was not sure what a "paste" consistency would be like. It has a smooth consistency, but does not flow, which means that it's great on vertical surfaces (and, of course, is also fine on horizontal surfaces). This is an expensive way to buy epoxy, but I think it will work out cheaper in the long run, for me, at least. With traditional packaging, I tended to buy tubes of epoxy, do a couple of repair jobs, and then find that the tube caps had broken and the tubes had leaked. So I usually ended up discarding about 90% of the product. The individual sachets are very practical and will prevent this kind of wastage.

Cost a lot but do the job
I like the small individual packets to avoid waste. Because its always small jobs that your doing. This stuff is expensive but for the individual packs that really work and are easy to work with, I’ll pay a premium.

The BEST No-Sag (Thixotropic) Epoxy for Small Jobs
Clean, simple non-sagging (thixotropic) epoxy in a very practical quantity for small jobs -- by far the BEST I've found among many. The "Red (No Sag)" is a fast setting, 3- to 5-minute, milky-colored epoxy. There is a similar, more traditional, "Double Bubble Red", if you don't need a thixotropic epoxy. There are also numerous other variants for clear, stronger with a longer working time, etc.; but the two Reds are the ones I use most often. You simply empty the double-sided packets (like two ketchup packets attached side-by-side) onto your mixing surface (I use the provided popsicle stick as a squeegee to assure both packets are emptied) and mix thoroughly, making sure that unmixed portions don't wind up on your mixing stick. Each double packet makes about a heaping teaspoon of epoxy. There's no mess, no scale, no measuring cups. Perfect for small jobs in the shop and around the house.
