Works well on hard floors and low pile rugs, and the anti-tangle feature helps with hair. It’s a nice affordable replacement head and installs easily. Took off one star because it’s not quite as “buttery smooth” as the OEM head, but still very good.

This was a great investment - the original head had worn and was scratching the wood floors. This new one is great and looks and performs the original part. Much cheaper than buying a new vacuum!

Our vacuum head wasn't working as well because the sides of the ball joint came off, and that is not something covered by the warranty. Dyson's pieces for their vacuums have been out of stock for so many months that I finally just made the decision to try this version. It does work, it fits perfectly with my Dyson v15, but it very obviously isn't the same quality as the Dyson product itself. It does not adjust and glides a little too easily across the carpet. The original vacuum head does not (there is a little resistance, which helps you know that it's really picking everything up). So I usually have to vacuum over areas twice, because it does not always pick everything up on the first go. Its working in a pinch until we can get an actual dyson replacement.
