Nice product

It's good and working but normal button doesn't give normal water...it dispenses cold water and that blue space beneath the taps is not wide enough to even keep a bottle whike filling it. U have to hold it all the time. Also, the fridge below is actually like a cupboard, doesn't cool.

its all nice and good does what its supposed to , but not sure if its just for me but even in normal water its cold water some times chilled watter , i know they say its normal if watter is little cold in the normal temprature, but its chilled sometimes and also the mini fridge its not that good good enough to keep chocolates but keeping drinks is no use it makes its cold but not chilled. but for this price in summer its doing its job , just wish normal water dispenser wasnt chilled, hot water option does its job , cold water option also works perfectly ,its only the normal water temperature option that gives chilled water sometimes ,

The unit is completely broken and there are lot of tapes to cover it up. For buyers kindly check the taped areas.

After having used for 2 months, here is my feedback.->This dispenser lived up to the expectation. The hot and cold water is dispensed as expected. Water gets chilled/heated pretty quick.The Hot water is really useful in many which ways. It helped me greatly when I had to depend on hot water during the flu season outside. The child lock mechanism for hot water does serve the purpose, if you have kids.There are separate controls (ON/OFF) for cold water and hot water. separately which is a very useful feature. You can control and use as per your requirement of the season.->The cooling compartment beneath,is just an extension of your fridge, probably can be used for milk packets/vegetables during normal seasons. Don't take the cabinet feature too seriously. It is good to have , but not THE feature.Hence no critical opinion on that.->I could have given 4 stars as I personally felt that the design of the dispenser is pretty ordinary and no color choices. But that okay as my primary purpose of buying it is for water alone.It just dispenses the water (Hot and Cold). You have to have a bubble top can ,inversely connected to this unit .

Usha is best company. They replaced the 6 months old dispenser with brand new one because the old one had developed a defect in it's thermostat etc.
