what is different between bulletproof coffee and regular coffee?

Well, in the beans I'm not sure. I know the mentalist style has no mold and as a person with a mold sensitivity once I switched to the mentalist coffee started working for me again. And almost instantly went back to black coffee, no desire for creamer. Imo, great product. Now the method of bullet proof coffee is for mental clarity and its amazing for your backwash and body as long as you use grass fed ghee and unrefined virgin coconut oil.

Same as the others have said. In itself it's just coffee, although if you look at the information provided on their website it's supposed to be much smoother and cleaner than others, and having had it I would agree it's a very smooth taste. You will want to buy the bulletproof MCT oil and ghee and then can adjust calories from there. The suggestion is that you work up to 1 tablespoon of MCT oil (130 cal, 14g fat) along with two tablespoons of butter or ghee for a full "bulletproof coffee" experience.
