I honestly don’t know what the magic is with this pillow, but it works. I’m a left-side sleeper and have struggled with other pillows because my face gets pushed or “smushed” into the pillow, which also leaves very little room for my full face CPAP mask. That doesn’t happen with this pillow. Somehow there is plenty of room for my mask without making the pillow uncomfortable. What surprised me most, though, was the support and alignment. The height is perfect for me. For the first time with a pillow, I actually feel like my shoulders, neck, head, and spine are all properly aligned when I’m lying on my side. That alone makes this pillow worth it for me. Last night was the first night that I felt like a good nights’ sleep and the only variable that changed was this pillow. I’ve seen reviews saying the pillow is too small, but I actually like the size exactly as it is. My head doesn’t need two heads’ worth of pillow! It gives me the space I need without a bunch of unnecessary pillow around me. I can’t really comment on the cooling feature because I use a pillowcase over it, so I don’t think it would be fair to rate it based on that. I will say that when I opened the box up, I thought it would need time to expand like regular memory foam but nope it came all ready to go. The quality at this point seems decent. If at any time that changes, I will be back to update this review. Overall, I bought this because I wanted a pillow that would work better for side sleeping with my CPAP mask. I didn’t expect to finally find a pillow that also made my neck, shoulders, head, and spine feel this well aligned. I’m really impressed. For reference, I’m 5’9” and weigh 170 pounds.

It's a good pillow. I bought this pillow because my CPAP mask was contorting my head and stressing the implants and surrounding vertebra from my two spinal fusion surgeries causing spasms from C1 to T5. The pillow combined with a pole helped. I sleep on my side with a memory foam cervical pillow. This pillow has two advantages. The biggest plus with this pillow is the thickness is adjustable. Because of my surgeries I need a pillow that compresses to 1.5 to 2 inches. This pillow does just that. I was able to remove some of the inserts in this pillow since it has multiple ones of differing depths and compression levels to reach the desired thickness and compression. It also has wings to allow my head a positive area to lay but allow my mask to hang off the side of the pillow without pressing deeper into that side of my face. This removed most of the mask air leakage that was keeping me awake at night. The pillow is a little bit too firm for my tastes but then I have been sleeping on the memory foam side of the pillow. I'll try sleeping on the softer fiber fill tonight and edit this review tomorrow adding those results.

For me, it is too small in width. Concept is great. The quality of manufacture and materials seems ok. Price a bit too high for this one. Still trying it out but probably will need a different make.

This is too thick for back sleeping but probably OK for Side sleepers. I tried on thinnest layer and even dude sleeping was not comfortable for ne. It is quite firm. I quit using it after 30 days. Hubby is trying it but not loving it.

I have yet to use the cooling side. I'm going to try it. But, the other side is great. Perfect slotting for the CPAP hose, and the pillow supports me just how it should. Gotta find your mix of depth, with the removable foam pieces. And, yes, the custom pillow cover you need to buy is slightly tricky to put on, but not anywhere near what people have been saying. I get really good sleep, and I think it's worth the money.

I just started CPAP 9 days ago, and I'm a side sleeper, so I was looking for a great cut out pillow if course that's comfortable. After watching a few CPAP videos on YT, and this one has always been either the #1 or #2 recommended consistently. Well, I received it 2 days ago, and for 2 days I tried to sleep with it and boy, it's hard as a rock. I changed the inserts around inside the washable case and no difference. Unfortunately I will be returning this pillow. I had high hopes, but waking up with a knot on my neck has led me to return.

I'm having a hard time liking this pillow. It is too thick and too small for me really. The cooling side is a nice idea but not comfortable to sleep on all night.

The pillow works well with cpap and I can sleep well

When I roll from one side to the other, I have to move the pillow. It's just not long enough. Otherwise, it is a confortable pillow. I removed one layer.
