I purchased two EPLO iX7 Pro intelligent toilets about two weeks ago, and I absolutely love them! These toilets are packed with features that have truly made my daily routine more comfortable and convenient. From the heated seat and automatic flushing to the customizable bidet functions and air dryer, everything works flawlessly. The design is sleek and modern, and installation was straightforward. I also appreciate the night light feature and how quiet the operation is. This was definitely a worthwhile upgrade for my home. Highly recommend if you're looking for a smart toilet that delivers both luxury and functionality!

The toilet is great I bought two of them they function exactly as advertised I love that you can put cleaner in them and have them foam up after every flush and clean themselves I love the night light in them I love that the lid auto opens when someone walks into the bathroom and the toilet auto flushes when a person walks away this is great if you have little ones we live in rural Oklahoma so my teenagers friends have a good laugh at the bidet when they come over as they’ve never seen one the real star of this show is the tech support though my auto flush quit working(my kid accidentally turned it off unbeknownst to me) so I contacted customer support via WhatsApp( this was so quick and easy to do) and spoke to the friendliest person ever a man named lee via video chat and he walked me through fixing it very quickly then gave me a tutorial on every function of the toilet and how to turn them on and off and what scenario I might need to turn them on and off he’s also the person who showed me that I could put cleaner in my toilet and which cleaners were safe to use and which weren’t also where the hidden hole was to pour it in. 5 stars for the toilet 10 stars for Le! Seriously the best customer service situation of any product I’ve purchased which is great because this is the most techy thing I’ve purchased on Amazon and I was worried!

Since I'm not a professional tradesman I get a bit anxious when taking on an installation like this. However, I found this project easier than I ever hoped. I've never installed a traditional toilet, and certainly not a smart one. After I read through the setup instructions completely, the installation seemed straightforward and guess what ... it actually was. From unboxing to having the toilet in place took about an hour. This includes going back to reference the instructions. This was to: 1) make sure I was doing things correctly and 2) double check that it truly was as easy as it seemed - and yes it was. I only had one minor glitch during the install. The toilet has a male DC battery backup that attaches to a female DC connector in back of the toilet. Because I already had the toilet in place and could no longer get behind it, I had to feel for the connector. I couldn't find it. Here's where customer support saved the day. I texted them around 8:30 PM hoping for a response the next. To my surprise, Lee from customer support video called me from Korea in less than an hour. He quickly solved my problem using a mockup of my EPLO model to visually show me where to feel for the connector. After that he spent time sharing super useful pro tips on cleaning and maintaining the toilet. He even texted me later with the link for a cost-effective foam product to use. The toilet itself is working great and looks amazing. I will update this review after a few months of use. Five stars for now because of the ease of installation, solid functionality and exceptional customer support.

I am very satisfied with Eplo product and service. My Toto toilet had a raised flange. YouTube said max flange height 1/2”. I posted a question to Eplo. The same day an engineer, Lee, video called. He suggested how to solve the problem. A day later I had installed the toilet. We video called again. Lee checked that all was functioning properly and helped me fix any issues. He also gave me tips on how to switch functions on and off. The toilet looks fabulous, functions flawlessly and is a pleasure to use. The remote control is easy to read and use and is stylish, as are the side buttons. The pre-foam, the variable speed dryer, the water tank are all must have features unique to the IX7-Pro. I highly recommend the Eplo toilet for its form and function, but especially for the incredible personal service. Even my wife is starting to think that a smart toilet is a good idea. Now that is an achievement! Tips: - FLANGE: ensure that the flange is level with the surrounding tile. It can be 1/2” above, but no more than that. Definitely not below tile level. - BATTTERY BACKUP: don’t connect the battery until you have a power failure. It doesn’t recharge. - PREFLUSH: if the pre-wash function doesn’t swirl round the bowl before creating foam, then disconnect the two black and 1 grey wires. Ensure arrows are lined up and retighten properly. Disconnect the plu from the outlet for one minute to reset. It should now function properly - SOUND: long press the massage function button on the remote until you hear “DiDi” to switch off the beep - FLUSH: long press the Flush button on the remote to disable auto flush. (You won’t hear the DiDi if you have disabled sound). Long press again to reenable - PRE-FLUSH: While the seat is occupied (ie the sensor on the seat is activated) long press the Flush button on the remote to disable pre-flush - DRYER: multiple presses of the dryer button whilst using will increase the dryer speed - FUNCTIONS: most other functions (seat warmer, spray position and strength, etc) are adjusted by buttons on the rear of the remote. It is possible to extend the nozzle and physically adjust its setting, but I haven’t tried that yet. If I find out more, I will add it to this list.

So far so good! Been working great for 3 months. We got two for our house. I love the heated seat. It’s a bit too many bells and whistles for me personally but you can adjust a lot of settings on it. I love how sleek it looks. It does say to not use a disinfectant spray on the toilet seat as it can cause yellowing due to the seat being antibacterial. But can’t imagine not cleaning my toilet that way so I just use one and then rinse it off. Our contractor had no issue installing them.

A Bidet Toilet became a necessity as my husband's health declines. BUT it's amazing for me too! Now that "Toto" isn't the only player and the costs (Toto 10-12,000? ) the New manufacturing models are from around the world. Smart Toilets as they're called, are easily accessible in price. Eplo is awesome, I've now ordered 3 models of their Smart Toilet; one now installed in current home and two for our remodel in Canada. (One will be a higher-seated 'handicapped' accessible U8-PRO model! ) We've long been enthusiasts for Niagra's Stealth Toilets -- 15+ years; for only .8 GPF, the strong, airplane-like leads in efficiency. But the new Eplo, 1 gallon GPF with the swirl, strength, and duo flush system is actually cleaning the toilet residue as it flushes, without chemicals or me scrubbing down daily. The whole bowl is CLEAN, all the time. And the Bidet's 'washing the disable's bum' is a gift to caregiver, (as is the hygienic cleaning of the Caregiver's own bum) I hadn't known the advancements and price decreases since a decade or more ago-- when wondering at a client's insistence of the pricey --- TOTO Bidet Toilets. Eplo models offer quality and great service.. Highly recommend. Amazon Delivery was seamless and quick. Before buying, I went a bit crazy researching; there are SO many manufacturers now of Smart Toilets! Eplo, both in quality and fair pricing was the best for my money. Installed by plumbers, a requirement for me, but they said it was easy and uncomplicated. They even took a photo, as they were impressed having never seen one before. Nice toilet, but the bidet pressure is kind of low, and the range is limited. The biggest issue however is at about 5 months or so it's activating randomly by itself. The bathroom door will be closed and no one in there and I'll hear the toilet beep like the lid is opening. I open the door and sure enough the toilet lid opened up by itself. Maybe I have toilet ghosts idk. update: Wow, EPLO reached out about my concerns and went way above and beyond. I added another star because of their customer service blew my mind.

We love this Bidet Toilet. Great quality, easy to use, many features, slick looking and the best customer service. I had a question about increasing the force of the water so I contacted their customer service by using the QR Code on the paoerwork. Lee contacted me within 10 minutes and walked me through everything. Very helpful! We had a plumber install the toilet for us. Very quick install and our plumber was very impressed with our Bidet. He said that he had installed 3 Bidet toilets for a man that paid $23,000.00 for each toilet and said ours was every bit as nice as those three and he’s considering getting one, like ours, for hisself.
