CG5 is the only creatine I use now
Helps me a lot when deadlifting and bench pressing. Can tell a big difference. The high price is definitely worth it. Tastes better than other creatine, but its still bad.

I've taken this creatine for about 7 months. I didn't really know if it was doing a good job or not. I only kept using it since I heard good reviews about it. But at one point, I stopped using this creatine after 5 months. I didn't bother buying more cause of the cost, and how bad the taste is. But man, it was a mistake. A few weeks gone by and I could tell I haven't been feeling the same. I wouldn't think it was just a bad day, this was happening constantly every day.After a month I decide to resume using creatine. After like a week or 2, I could tell my soreness was recovering faster and I was able to resist more reps. This stuff has definitely helped me.
