These are supposedly keto gummies because they only have 7 grams per serving (2 gummies), which is good if you do intermittent fasting like me or if you just want to watch your sugar levels. ACV helps control blood sugar levels, reduces cholesterol, and with weight loss. I take it first thing in the morning and right before I eat my first and only meal at dinner. I feel good when I take it but only time will tell if it's effective. I wish it had more gummies, but still happy with this product.Overall, this product is a great alternative to drinking ACV, and I would highly recommend it.

Did not work for me.

The gummies taste good but the weight loss results are not there. The weight went down as much as 4 lbs then right where you started. Very discouraging and waste of money. And no return on product.

Took 3x a day for 3 months. They did not do what I expected, which was to lose weight. But I did like the taste. Another snare and delusion.

These have been one of the best tasting ACV gummies to date! They are not like your standard ACV gummy that has some bitter flavor to them. These are more like gummy vitamins and it might be hard to just stick to the recommended dose because of it or you will take the max recommended dose.They are sweet without being too sweet. They are very easy to chew and have zero of the vinegar burn that some of the other brands have if you don't chew them enough before swallowing.The seemed to work ok. They weren't didn't seem to work as well as other ACV gummies that I have tried but seemed to do average. If you put more effort than I did then they might work better. I think with proper diet and exercise most people will see fairly decent results.
