This is amazing! Just put on any pan you’re using with no worries about boiling over and messing up the hob. Wipe clean or rinse under the tap. (Especially handy when boiling potatoes because the overspill is “frothy” and messy from the potato starch)

This one isn’t quite the right size for a bog standard pan (a bit big) but it’s very effective. It stops potatoes, rice etc water boiling over to create havoc on the hob, so better than a lid, even those with air holes or at an angle
