Works well and has no melatonin. My son has autism and was up to 15 mg of melatonin and it wasn't helping. I switched to this and he's on a low dose and sleeping nicely again. Gummies taste great. Not too sweet and very soft, not chewy or hard.

These gummies work wonderful at first —then you have to set your clock to take them an hour before you want to go asleep. Without these I slept at best 5 hours every other night. The other night might be 4 or less hours. Some nights I take 1 gummy; sometimes 2. I also take Calm tablets which works good with it as well as my calcium & Magnesium. And then it’s a much better night!

I’m not convinced these are safe to ingest. The bottle was rancid with a smell that is indescribable. The scent was so strong that I dumped the gummies out on the counter right after opening to try and release some of the strong odor in the bottle and they stained my counter yellow!!! Gross.I immediately threw them in the garbage. Disgusting.

You can cut them up if you like to chew in smaller portions. The flavor is tolerable and the smell is hardly noticeable. They tend to get stuck together after opening. These are chewey and soft but get sticky as you chew.

Simply doesn't make me the least bit sleepy, even taking 4 of them.
