Good light diffusion
non expensivestill give off plenty of illumination after covering light bulbs.it can be a bit difficult to fit around the lamps I bought tough.overall pretty useful.

Diffused harder light
I use these on profoto 7" reflectors for still life shoots. The only issue is that I find the lights can overheat with these on, so I made some slits near the edge for the heat to escape. Good for a diffused harder light.
