Cell signal is poor, so I wanted an option other than streaming from my phone. Anti skip functionality is great with the rough terrain. Build quality seems a little flimsy, but if treated properly, I believe it is a good value.See the video, it will skip, but I am not being nice to this player

This thing is COOL, it came with a case, stickers, and even free headphones, which sound amazing by the way, and the CD player itself has a really eye-catching design, like a translucent shell, meaning you can see every single component including the battery and motors. It works really nice by the way, but there are some weird quirks; there is no battery indicator on the screen, meaning you can't see what battery level it is at, but I guess it's another way of saying "you no longer need to worry about the battery". Also, IT LIGHTS UP AND IT'S BLUEBasically, this CD player has cool functions and features that are just really, they're worth the money. The buttons are cool, don't get me wrong

Very solid portable CD player. Rechargeable battery with USB-C, well implemented basic features. My daughter really likes it. As an aside, comes with a case and headphones that are surprisingly good.

Update:I emailed Klim support about the micro sd card slot not working and found out that you need to press the mode button for 2 to 3 seconds for the player to switch to the tf mode. Now, the player does indeed play songs on the micro sd card. I will increase my rating to 4 stars. Stephan from Klim support was very helpful. I do, however, need to remove one star for not including the tf mode switch in the instructions, but I would purchase this player again.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original review:The good: 1. Plays cds, cd-r and mp3 cds and sounds nice.2. Translucent color looks cool.3. Nice packaging.The bad: 1. No battery indicator, so you don't know how much charge is left.2. The micro sd card slot doesn't seem to work. The instructions only point out the location of the slot.The player itself has no control to switch between a micro sd card and the cd player operation. Withonly the micro sd card in the player, the display reads 'no cd' and doesn't play the card. There are noinstructions on the size limit of the card or the format. I had to read the Amazon product description tofind out the the micro sd card size limit is 32 gb and should be formatted Fat32. Even with this done,the player still doesn't play songs from the card. The micro sd card slot is just for decoration.Conclusion: I wouldn't purchase this cd player. If I wanted a cd player without the card slot, there are cheaper playersout there.

I did my research since I haven’t purchased a CD player since the 90’s…got one for my daughter’s 100+ collection of K-pop albums and the sound is really great, decent highs and lows with good bass. She uses it all the time even though she has Spotify on her phone 🖤

I originally asked for this for a birthday gift because I had a few CDs and just thought it would be fun. Man, it has been so long since I’ve had a portable discman, I listen to this thing all the time at work and it’s just fun and nostalgic. Worth every penny. A friend liked it so much that I got it for them as a gift, always puts a smile on everyone’s face. I love that it’s clear which adds to the nostalgia and I haven’t had any issues with battery life or playback. I will say I noticed that I can only get it to charge when I use the USB-C cord that it came with (none of my other cords seem to work) but it’s no big deal. I use my Apple wired headphones, but it does come with a pair. I looked at several different options on Amazon and I am super happy that I went with this one, I will recommend to everyone!

I have wanted one of these for a long time. This works so well, and doesn’t skip at all while I am walking. The little hardshell container it comes with is perfect for carrying it around. I love it!

Bought this for my daughter as a gift, she'd been through several others all with issues, but not this one. Wish they were all made like this, high quality sound and literally zero skips! She likes the clear design as well. If you are looking for a portable CD player that is going to get a lot of use I would highly recommend this.
