I’ve been using this for 12 days, and as someone dealing with stubborn eczema on the hands my entire life, I can say that this is one of my favorite creams I’ve tried. I know a lot of people worry that it contains a potent steroid of some kind, but from experience, this doesn’t seem to work like my steroid creams or ointments. It doesn’t clear the skin up overnight (a good sign), but with consistent use I noticed it calmed the itchiness and inflammation A LOT. And in two weeks in (only using it once at night before bed) I’m starting to see my hands clear up. It’s like it’s healed my skin’s barrier, which was broken and constantly itchy and red. The tube is small, but honestly you don’t need to slather yourself in this stuff for it to work. It’s pink-ish in color and has a VERY strong menthol smell, that opens my sinuses. I believe that it has quite a few antibacterial/ anti fungal ingredients, and that’s why I suppose it helps with healing the skin barrier. Anyways tldr: this stuff works. Not a magic fix, but it has helped calm and clear my stubborn hand eczema in just under 2 weeks. I’d prefer it to hydrocortisone, steroids, or any flare creams/ointments I’ve tried.

Ok, look, I was skeptical, but I'm actually incredibly impressed. I've had this intermittent skin issue on my hand - gets very, very itchy, tends to feel sort of scaly. It's not dry, though, but when it's itchy, it can be very hard not to scratch it, especially in my sleep. I've tried, it feels like, nearly everything - some stuff will work once or twice, mostly. It'll go away 80-90%, then come back, and whatever worked before might work again and might not. So I've ended up in a yo-yo with doctors just giving me 0 help whatsoever (that's a whole story in itself). On a whim, I stumbled upon this somehow, and seriously... I haven't quite hit 2 weeks and my skin is the best it's looked in months, maybe a year. It hasn't been itchy at all, either. Maybe, just maybe it fixed it altogether. I haven't gotten my skin to 100%, but it's, at least to 90-93% better. If I remember to come back with any updates, I'll do that.

This cream seems to be all natural, and I have absolutely no side effects or issues with it. Now I swear by this cream for eczema, skin splits, rashes, bug bites, acne and so much more. My skin is clear, seems to be hydrated and moisturized from it. Absolutely worth the money -- and I think it's a necessary thing to keep in your medicine cabinet at ALL TIMES. Throw out your toxic cortisone creams that lead to cortisone withdrawal rashes, and use this instead!! You won't regret it!!

If you told me 3 years ago that I'd spend a small fortune and half my sanity trying to fix my skin, I would have laughed. After 36 months of incessant scratching leading to bleeding skin because of eczema,I was ready to try anything. My bathroom counter is a tragic Sephora graveyard of products that I spent so much money on and that sadly disappointed me. I have tried 1)the hard stuff: prescription steroids and ointments 2) the animal by products :lanolin, Vaseline, bag balm ( if it works on a cow's udder why not my skin) 3) the chemistry experiment: intense multi step regimens motivated by tic tok doctors 4) sitting under red light therapy followed by a ten step Korean skin care routine. Enter this product whose name is unpronounceable, literal tube of holy grail wizardry. I was skeptical, I was bitter, I was itchy. With in the first three uses the relentless itching stopped. My battle scars are finally healing, I'm no longer scratching at my own skin like a feral raccoon. Thank you little yellow tube.

Cream works well. Helps heal the skin. Good value for the money.

I have been struggling with eczema for more than a year. The cracks in my skin can become so deep and painful that even touching water hurts. This ointment has really helped: my skin became soft, smooth, and much more comfortable. The only downside is that my eczema returns as soon as I stop using it, so I have to apply the cream regularly. I understand that eczema also needs to be addressed from within, but in my case it seems to be largely triggered by stress, since I already pay very close attention to my diet.

[Using my husband account]I dont kow whats in this but it works so good I have eczema/ nummular eczema that I had on my nape of neck over years since I got pregnant and it wouldn't go away usually before it used to go way after hydrocortisone but this time it wouldn't not, the itch and how raised it was so bad but after using this for three days it's literally fell off ?? It hadnt itched at all and it hasn't come back. Very happy with this i love colony hot feeling I get on the spot I use it on

I usually refrain from writing reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this cream. For the past three years, I’ve been battling stubborn psoriasis and eczema that has affected various parts of my body. After just four days of using this cream, I’m amazed to see that my patches and scales are almost completely gone! I apply it once daily after showering. I’m truly astounded by how effective this cream has been compared to prescription medication. However, I must mention that the smell can take some getting used to, but it’s not an unpleasant odor. I use a small amount of the cream on my affected areas, and surprisingly, a little goes a long way. I’ve had patches on my forehead, stomach, arms, and neck, and it has proven effective in all of them. I highly recommend this cream to anyone who is struggling with stubborn psoriasis or eczema.
