The hubby loves this. He struggles to breathe with his deviated septum and has been sleeping amazing with these. Make sure to clean and dry the areas where the sticky pads will go so it doesn’t fall off in the middle of the night.

Fixed my breathing noises at night my spouse cant handle. Light. After a few minutes you forget its even on. Easy to apply. Stickers stay on all night and even then its not easy to take off. Very comfortable.

Life Changing. Honestly, if there's a product you want to risk buying hoping it'll work, this is it. You have to experience it to understand. Finding the right spot on your nose can take some time, so expect a learning curve. It took about a week to get a feel for the right spot, but about a month of daily use to get consistent results. I usually ignore 4 star products on Amazon, so I'm glad I took a chance on this (money back guarantee so risk is negligible). Keep in mind the company claims 92%, not 100% effective so not everyone will be happy—but for those who this does work for, you will be amazed how you lived without it. Adhesive quality is top notch for the industry. Although if you push passed 24 hours on the same strips it gets a bit sloppy / untidy especially if you sweat a lot at any point in the day or get it wet. Quality of the plastic itself is solid. I don't expect it to break very easily. For the clear bands, note that the magnets are chrome not flat white. A note for stomach sleepers* You may have difficulty getting it to stay on, but I suggest finding the right pillow to get yourself to be a side or back sleeper.

These work pretty well and do allow my boyfriend to smell better, and get better sleep, they stay in well overnight and stick pretty well. They are made pretty well it seems. They have not irritated his skin at all. They were very easy to just pop on after putting in the stickers. The reason for the 3 stars is because it took like two weeks to get here when the original estimate was like 4 days. Had to get a hold of support.

The only things that help my 9 year old breathe at night and get decent sleep. They work great while he plays sports too. I do wish it came with the tape strips you need to use it. Other reviewers have mentioned the frustration of having to buy the tape strips, the band, and the case separately, and I agree. My son has lost his multiple times, so a word of advice, be sure not to leave it on the kitchen counter (kids, amiright?!) where it could magnetize to a baking sheet and end up in the oven with dinner — ask me how I know. It is slightly fussy to apply every night, and applying the stickers takes some patience/practice to not have to reposition them. The sticky strips are also a bit too strong for my son’s sensitive skin to use every night. They ended up irritating his skin after 5 days straight. But considering all of that, they work better than anything else I’ve tried for his nighttime congestion.

I bought the extra small size for my son, 11yrs old. He has had a deviated septum for as long as he can remember. The first time I put this on him, he said “Wow, is this what it is supposed to feel like to breathe normally?” He wears this every night. The band does not fall off. The extra small fit him perfectly. Works great. Comfortable according to him. The band is plastic and feels like it will last a long time. Heads up, the magnetic sticky strips sold separately unless you purchase a whole kit. I couldn’t find the extra small size in a kit, so I had to buy separately.
