Will this work with 3 speed ceiling fans?

No. You would need to wait for the KS240, which releases later this year.

When is ks240 fan switch getting released?

We do not have an official release date but it should be by the end of the year.

Does this plug come with a HomeKit code?

This switch when updated to the latest firmware is set for matter. HomeKit does support this. I use my switch with HomeKit.

Is brightness level maintain when using schedule function?

I ran a few schedule test to hopefully find an answer for you. While using the Kasa app you are able to set the brightness for each action. I set the lights to turn on a few minutes apart from each other and tested the brightness at different levels. Each time the switch hit the scheduled time the light changed to the correct brightness. When turning on the light manually or with a command it will turn on to last known state brightness. In the Kasa app you will need to change the default state in the settings to custom and select your preferred level for normal brightness when turned on manually or with a command. It is set by default to last "on" state, so if your last schedule was 10% brightness then it will always turn on to that level when not using a schedule.
