Great expansion that plays well with the original and can make some great combos ether together or with existing decks.

An easy to learn and difficult to master deck builder/area domination game.

Well supplement for the game. More fun to have. But there is one card which spoils the game. Keep repeating itself for all the player and make it less strategic but more of speed race. It’s from undead pack - carrion something. I took it out of the pack.

The cards are of a slightly different stock than the base game (the reverse of the cards appear slightly different in colour and the texture is different) meaning that you can tell when cards are going to come up in your deck. This actually has very limited impact on the game as long as you ensure players are still doing a decent shuffle. If you are that worried about, just get card sleeves for the whole lot - although this will mean the cards will no longer fit inside the box provided!

Contrary to other reviews, when we bought these Dec 2018 the cards are the same size as the base game. They are a slightly different colour but we haven't found this to be a problem with a bit of honest shuffling. They make a good addition to the base game.

The cards are a notably different size to those of the base game which makes shuffling them together problematic as they tend to 'clump' together. Honestly, very disappointed with my purchase as their functionality and use with the base game is limited and requires an extra purchase (card sleeves) to work properly. Had I known this before hand, I wouldn't have purchased.
