Alka-seltzer Plus Cold & Flu FizzyChews, No Water Needed, On The Go Cold Medicine for Adults, Orange Flavor, 24 Count

I have no idea why Alka Seltzer works so much better for me than DayQuil and all of the other liquid equivalents. These chewables and the dissolvable tablets relieve headache and runny noses faster than anything I've used. I've bought both flavors and, while the tast is still...meh, it's one of those things where you bite the bullet and take it cause your illness is so annoying. It doesn't affect my sleep quality. Taste is...medicinal. Works like a charm though.

It does work within 15 minutes.

I can't drink those tablets that fizz in water so when I saw this I figured I'd try it. Works very well, the orange flavor does have a zing to it but it's not a terrible taste. I would definitely buy these again.

Like that I can just chew these. Wish there were more in the box.

These taste absolutely terrible. Think orange peels with a sharp taste and a bizarre fizz. However, they do the trick and are good in a pinch.

Convenient way to have cold medicine on-the-go. Some say the taste is like chewing aspirin, but I didn’t think so. It’s a viable way of taking sn otherwise effervescent without having ti dissolve in water.
