As a full Modular build it would be a 3, but as a Doll house it's a 5
This set is described as a modular ,but it's low prices point, lack of mini figs, and piece count say otherwise. There's no base plate or back walls, or ways for mini figs to travel from floor to floor. As a moc it's not in that category and would score a 3 out of 5.But as a doll house it's a five. There are no stickers only printed pieces. Excellent exterior design with interesting build techniques. No missing or broken pieces, which have a good fit and finish equal to lego. There are no mini figures, which is good for me since the Lego competitors tend to be weak in that department. There is a diagram for the lights which is something that is often overlooked. With the low price point I purchased two sets, so I can covert this beautiful modern hospital to a full MOC.Compared to lego family house this set is an amazing value for money, and adds to my city.

Definitely 1 of our Favorite 😍 Sets of all
WE'VE purchased MANY sets on Amazon, but I've gotta tell you, hands down this is a must buy! The quality of the bricks is phenomenal, no missing pieces, and they include an entire baggie of replacements. There's an incredible amount of detail in every step, and my 11 yr old Son and I didn't even experience a dull moment "just putting together structure pieces." Not only is this a great value for the price, pieces fit tight and aren't unusually hard to put together, end result is fantastic, and much better than expected. The red cross on the front can even be swapped out for red hearts which is a nice add on.

Nice quality and design. Good value
Fun build, and a great fit in my city. I buy dollar store base plates to build these on so they're a better fit in my city. I do take issue with the stability of the floor between levels, and the lack of a back to the building. The pieces, however, all fit together snugly, the printed pieces were clear and cleverly designed, and I wasn't missing any pieces. The pieces are compatable with major brands, and this is a nice addition to my city.

Excellent quality and interchangeable with Lego’s brand
It’s just like Lego’s but with extra amenities like lights! Some of the instructions were slightly confusing but easy enough to figure out. I’ll buy these from now on since Lego’s are becoming ridiculously expensive.

Not a Lego type set as advertised, it’s a mess.
Came missing critical pieces. That was unfortunate. Also just a disaster of the kids want to play with this. The set has very little support of the floors and pieces. Any play at all causes parts to fall off causing melt downs and tears. If you want super glue this together, fine. But as a playable toy, no.

Lego Fanatic POV: 8/10 (some errors)
The overall idea of this build was excellent because it comes fully loaded with details and all pieces are accounted for. However, the execution is poor. Many of the pieces are slack and don’t fit snug enough. Because the structure is majority vertical over horizontal, it relies strongly on having foundational supportive beams, which it does not have. I had to use over a dozen LEGO pieces of my own to make the structure more supportive. By the time I got to the 3rd floor and roof, the build was so shaky and I needed help to hold it steady. If the company included long connector boards to hold the weight of each floor than it would an exceed a 10 star rating. No need for the lights because there is no designated spot to place them. It is expected to be scattered through the build at the end which I think looks tacky. Overall, for the price, the build is overall a 8/10 for me because of its thoughtful design, attention to detail, great price, LEGO size compatibility, and accountability of pieces, however the pieces are slack and a lack of a strong foundation leads to a weak build.

Nice looking hospital set
I like to try the off brands for variety of unique pieces and this one looks nice and realistic when done. There were no stickers in this set only printed pieces, directions were clear and no missing pieces. There is no back, it is open. There are several accessories, no people. It does come with a string of led lights that you can string through.Only con is that the floor plates that are held together with the black buttons don't seem to be enough support and can be frustrating staying together as you are working on each floor, but I just added a couple spare parts I had for extra bracing and carried on. Over all I'd recommend, it's pretty cool looking.

Great buy
For the money this is a great set. My son put it together and it looks just like his Lego sets. Instructions don’t seem to be as clear as Lego but he put it together without trouble.
