The diffuser does not come with an empty bottle to add your fragrance oil. So I thought I may attach the fragrance oil bottle to the diffuser, and nothing happened. I returned the first one, and got an replacement and the second one is doing the same thing. Not happy with this product. I'm returning it, and asking for a refund

My way smells so good

I purchased this item about a month ago. I’m just getting around to opening it. When I tried using it, there is no mist or scent coming from it. So I look it up on YouTube and come to find out the piece, which is like a tiny tube that dispenses the mist/scent is missing. So quite naturally it’s not going to work without it. How can you sell a product with essentially the part missing that makes it work and ultimately rendering it useless!

Got this today, it's been running on high for 5 hrs. I don't smell the scent at all . What a waste of money. Can't believe this company sells so many.

Scent distribution is excellent. I have been using the low setting from the moment I turn it on.

Parts are missing, and the product does not match the picture; the light on the front is different. Additionally, there is no hose to connect the diffuser to the oil bottle.

My studio Pro diffuser is missing the inside bottle.
