I was is physical therapy because I had to relearn to walk. Part of my recovery success was resistance bands but I hated them because they roll up and hurt my thighs. I love love LOVE the fabric bands and how durable that they are asking with floor sliders to help with my lunges and side-to-sides. The packaging is good, everything is already in the bag for me ready to go or to be put in my duffle. Highly recommend.

I'm a huge gym buff. I work out 7 days per week and like to do home workouts in addition to going to the gym. I use the glute bands for my home workouts and liked the colors of this set and the multiple tightness options. However, I have lots of other glute bands, but I liked the black and grey colors in this set better, so I ordered them, but this set is just not tight and heavy enough for me. I planned to toss my old glute bands since I like the black and grey of this set, but boy am I glad I did not. My old heavy glute band (the thick fabric one, not the rubber band) is WAY tighter and works much better. The rubber band ones in this set have multiple options but the light ones are a joke--what resistance do they even provide?!? Anyway, yes, these do work as glute bands and sliders, so I assume this set would work well for many--maybe newer fitness people who are just getting started. I do not recommend this set for someone who needs a really heavy and tight band. The colors are great though!

This kit has pretty much everything you need to work out at home or travel. All of it fits in a bag, really like the neutral colors and the bands and slider aren’t flimsy. All body parts are covered and as you get progressively stronger, you can use wider bands or several at a time. I doubt that will happen with me, but you may reach that level.

These are really good quality items. First of all, they come with a storage bag which is always a plus. The sliders work great on my carpet and make stretching and moving so easy. The bands themselves are built to last. They have various sizes and kinds for all types of exercises. You can use these while sitting and watching a movie, too. Very easy to use.
