This vacuum works really well! I am very happy with it. It has a lot of suction power, is light weight but strong. My previous vacuum was an old-school Dyson so that's what I compare it to - very comparable suction yet much lighter and easier to operate. The staggered rows of bristles seem to make a lot of sense; this vacuum sucked up so much dust, funk and junk in our carpeted areas, I was shocked!For the price, this is a great vacuum.

Great vacuum! This vacuumed is really good . Light , simple and plenty of suction . Swivel head is a nice feature . Works as well as the expensive brands but much less . Worth buying !

I'm brand new to living on my own and adulting. I really wanted a good vacuum without destroying my already suffering bank account. I settled on this one, even though I don't have pets, because I know the carpet of my house has only been vacuumed by a really old vacuum for probably a decade or more, so I knew the carpet was probably way worse than it looked. I LOVE this thing. It was really easy to assemble, the swivel part makes it really easy to maneuver, and the attachments are great! I'm not even really sure what the pet-specific attachment is for, but it still did a great job getting small bits out of smaller areas of the carpet. The regular vacuum part got up SO much dust and dirt. I was kind of mortified but actually very relieved that it works so well. It works well on my hard floors in my kitchen as well when the settings are adjusted for that type of flooring. And it's got the easy emptying mechanic where you remove the barrel thingy and press a button to empty it into the trash. It can maintain a good deal of dust/dirt in the barrel though, but that's to be expected--that's just how dust/dirt works. It's about as heavy as I would expect a decent vacuum to be, but it's definitely not difficult for me to lift on the rare occasion I need to lift it. I think this was a really good vacuum for me to start with. I show it off to anyone who will listen.

I believe this is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. We recently moved and purchased a home, our previous home was all hardwood floors and since I have back issues I had a great lightweight floor vac, our new home has wall to wall carpeting upstairs and I needed to purchase a better vacuum, I had an older model that stilled worked but was too heavy, the carpeting had been replaced a couple of months prior to our purchasing but we still had a nationally known company steam clean our carpeting, I had ordered the Bissell and about a week after steam “cleaning” I tested out my new bissell, it was so lightweight and adjustable my back had no issues at all, however the biggest shock was how much dirt and dust it vacuumed up, I was totally shocked and honestly grossed out. Its just my husband, an 18 y/o cat and myself, we spend so little time upstairs, I finally feel my carpets are clean and it has nothing to do with the 350.00 we spent on steam cleaning. I love it!

Very happy with the suction and function of the vacuum. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Must adjust height of rollers for different types of flooring (bare, low rug, higher pile rug, etc.) by turning a knob on the head- easy to do. Main brush does a good job of pulling up debris off floor. Sweep on the bottom prevents debris from flying out the back. Easy to use hose attachment. Only complaints- the pet -hair cleaning head falls off its holder when vacuuming; cord holder at the top of the handle does not hold the cord securely and it falls out constantly. Other than that, I really like the vacuum (replaced a much higher priced model and cleans just as well.

My initial purchase of this sweeper was in 2020, and I was thoroughly impressed with its capabilities and heavy duty quality. So much so, that when the cord broke, I decided to purchase the sweeper again. As the owner of two dogs, a Jack Russell mix and a Red Heeler, both with short hair that sheds heavily, I appreciate the strong suction power of this sweeper, as it provides me with the assurance that I am capturing most of the hair and dirt when I am emptying the dust bin. Although the price may seem high, I believe that the quality and performance of this sweeper justify the investment, which is why I chose to purchase it again.

We bought this Bissell vacuum specifically for the carpets in our home, and it has been a fantastic performer. It really makes the job easier, especially with its versatility.The best feature is the ability to adjust the suction for different floor heights. We have everything from thick area rugs to bare floors, and it's so easy to switch between the settings. It transitions smoothly and does a great job picking up dirt on every surface. The swivel steering is also excellent for maneuvering around furniture.The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is the noise level. It is a bit too loud. It's clearly a very powerful vacuum, and it definitely sounds like it. It's not a dealbreaker for us, but it's something to be aware of if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, a great, powerful vacuum that does exactly what we need it to do.
