Well thought out product!
I've had my ring for about 2 months now and I really am loving it. I got the size 6 ring and it fits well on my index, middle, and ring fingers depending on if my hand swells throughout the day. I got it in silver but I do wish there were different shades of gold as well. It seems durable as I've been doing Pilates and running with it daily. There are minimal scratches but that doesn't bother me very much.In terms of the app: I really like how accurate the sleep tracking and temperature are. I bought the Cycle Tracking Pro recently so I'm excited to see how that will help in the long run. I'm very very glad there's no subscription to use most of the app except for pro features. The normal power plugs work amazingly without it.It doesn't track fitness very well so I still use my Apple Watch to track that. The battery life is good so far as I'm using it on Chill Mode. So far I've been able to go about 3 days comfortably without charging it.Overall I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it.

Good value for a Smart Ring
I've had the ring for about 3 weeks; it takes 2 weeks of data for some of the app functions to work, which seems reasonable. The ring itself seems to be well-made, it is lightweight, and the fit is good. I did use the sizing kit. I've used it at the gym, and so far, I have not seen any scratches on it from holding weights or using workout equipment; however, I did purchase some rubber ring guards just to be safe.I use an iPhone, and the app is well organized. There are several "screens" that you can swipe down/up easily to see the data. I do like the snapshot screen, movement, and sleep screens. I've compared data from the ring with an Apple Watch and also a workout band. Overall, the data seems to be consistent. There's a lot of data, and I haven't explored it all. I've been focusing on the Stress Rythm chart, and this could definitely be useful to manage stress. I like the ability to insert events and descriptions into the app, which helps to understand what triggers your body responses.Long-lasting battery is a ++I would recommend the ring. Price was reasonable, I did have a discount, so got it about $249 US (not including tax and tariff - mine was from India)

Great for tracking anything but a workout
I’ve had this ring for 4 months now. I bought it to replace my apple watch. I would charge my apple watch every night and not get any of the sleep insights, so I thought this would be nice for that.Battery: if you workout regularly you’ll need to charge this almost daily. I charge it anytime I take a shower, and if I’m going to be sitting down for an extended period of time. It recommends to charge in short spurts instead of leaving it on the charger for hours. It charges relatively fast in my opinion.Workouts: the app has so many workout options, much more than apple’s fitness app. i wish i could love the workout mode BUT my heart rate is almost always wrong. The app will read 100-110 while my machine is estimating 160-170. I know my body and know that my heart rate on the stairclimber is much higher than 105. Also my workouts will randomly stop recording with no record of it running to begin with and I lose all that data. Yesterday 2/4 of my workouts didn’t record when I could see it recording the time at the top of my screen. I would open the app to end the workout and the app would be out of the workout mode and display my home screen. My workouts were roughly 30-40 minutes each. Much less than their 2 hour cut off that the support mentioned. My ring also is disconnected from the app almost every time I pull up the app during a workout, which means it’s not registering anything. I reached out to support on the app but they were unhelpful. They only said “the ring is connected now” (which I knew at the time. I was trying to raise concern during workouts). And then dismissed all my other grievances without any help.Sleep/Recovery: This ring tracks sleep really well from what I can tell. Sometimes I have to alter the start of my sleep because I’ll be on my phone and it thinks I already fell asleep. There will be times I’m sick and have a fever through the night and the app detects my body temperature change and tells me to take it easy the next day.Cycle Tracking: I do not have a regular cycle to track. I believe it needs 15 days to be able to accurately detect a cycle. My birth control makes my cycle nonexistent or sporadic.I WOULD NOT recommend this ring for any type of workout logging. I am switching back to my apple watch for workouts.I WOULD recommend this ring for sleep track, recovery tracking, etc.I recommend using the ring sizer to get an accurate fit before purchasing. I purchased the gold color and would advising not wearing it for any activity using your hands. The gold scratches very easily and will start to rub off the ring.

Almost Perfect, Just a Few Glitches
I've been using the UltraHuman Ring and really like about 90% of its functionality. The app has a clean, intuitive UX and provides helpful insights that actually feel relevant and actionable. Battery life is excellent. I can go several days without thinking about charging, which is a big plus.My main issue is with sleep tracking. Most nights it's spot-on, but every now and then it misses a chunk of sleep (sometimes a couple hours), which throws off the data. It doesn’t happen often, but enough that it’s noticeable.Overall, though, it’s a solid health tracker that feels well-built and thoughtfully designed. If they can tighten up the sleep tracking, I'd give it 5 stars.
