This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

I have no way of knowing if these worked or not because I could never get past the taste. They were absolutely horrible. The honey part is fine. It's the Shilajit which is so overpowering. I've had Shilajit before and it was never that bad. I could put in tea or coffee and it was ok but this "concoction" is so bad. Please know that if you are sensative to taste DO NOT buy this product because you can't return it.I tried for two days and just couldn't anymore. But after taking for those two days I did not see a difference in my sleep quality, focus, or energy. I can't comment on the effectiveness of it. What I can say is if you can stomach the taste the individual packets are great and it's not a bad price if you're able to use each packet which are decent sizes. Just purchase at your own risk.

Ok... I saw these ok TT and thought well... I've tried everything else let's give these a go. I'm 42. I absolutely LOVE my hubby but all us ladies know we can't control our stupid bodies. I've been taking this a WEEK! My husband was in aww last night! Not only is my drive getting better but when I tell you I was soaking!! I wasn't expecting much from these because let's be real nothing works like it says and maybe these don't work for everyone but please don't hesitate to try these!

This does not make u hypersexualixed it will give u a little pick me up if u take it around noon as far as engergy not like a a big burst but enough to keep me from niddign off midday or needing that afternoon nap but don't get this thinking u are gonna be getting a libido boost

So I ordered some before from Tiktok, and it was the original flavor. Came in the form of liquid honey, so it was alright, but tasted bad. This order of Carmel flavor is gritty and tastes decent. I know this stuff helps with energy, so it is effective, but why did it come in gritty like it sat for months before getting to me? Disappointed. Smell is good, size is alright, and the cost was not exactly what I would normally spend, but it does work so it is worth.
