ZenToes Heel Protectors Back of Shoes Cushioned Adhesive Liner Inserts for Men and Women - 8 Count (Tan)

So far I've stuck a pair of these into two different pairs of my flats and I've had no problem. I do realize that when I first stick them in, I can't just immediately throw my foot in, I have to hold it with my finger and slide my heel in carefully, if I don't then my heel pulls it off a little and pulls it down. After that initial time, then it sticks against the shoe and stays there, and from then on it doesn't come off anymore. I love it, I got some new shoes that everyone on reviews complained blistered their heels, and with these I had no problem. Also in an older pair of shoes where it bothered my heel, with these on I had no problem. Very happy and wish I knew about this type of thing sooner.

They were exactly what I was looking for. I am between a size 6 1/2 and 7 shoe. The 7's feel more comfortable in the toes but I walk out of them. This product solves that problem.

Its protected my Converse shoes from getting further damage after only one month of having them. The adhesive edges like to peel off a bit, but this kept me from buying more shoes.

The heel pads are strong and stick well to the fabric. I have used them Ina couple pairs of running shoes that the interior wore out too quickly (plenty of life on the treads. Only drawback it they edge can pull back with use after inserting in shoe. The edges stick the the sock and can be pulled off.

If you are looking for comfort and a heel guard that stays in place I would buy these again. I didn't need them all so was able to give some away. The reason I bought them is I super glued the stitched leather across the top of the heel of the shoe. Glue ran down and dried. Very uncomfortable for a very comfortable everyday pair of shoes. This heel guard brought the comfort back on a pair of shoes 20+ years old.

Awesome product! These really protect my heels from getting blisters. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and highly recommend these to anyone looking for such a protective heel insert.

It's just cheap foam with adhesive backing. Rips easily and of your socks catches the edge, it will roll over, making the adhesive lose its stickiness.

Stopped wearing through of liner inside shoe. These are about 1/4" tick but not the full height of the shoe. I installed at the top of the back of the shoe and it only pushes my foot forward a slight amount.
