A bit of a gimmick, but still worth a go
Whilst this seems a bit of a gimmick and initial impressions are that it’s just a only made of plastic it is surprisingly robustIn use it feels very stable and though there are only a couple of positions I would typically use I did actually find it quite interesting to try them all and suspect there may be some benefits to them even if it does feel rather like playing upper body twister! If you’re interested in adding some variety to your home workouts it may be your thing but honestly I’m not really convinced.3 stars as it’s reasonable quality but not sure it’s actually better than just a regular pair of cheap push-up stands

I used to be able to do push ups without a problem in my younger days, but shoulder injury and extra weight from the means I can’t do it anymore flat palmed. I honestly though this was going to be a walk in the park getting back into it and it wasn’t. Oh boy.The first thing that hits you is the seemingly random coloured lines connecting it. I thought I’d found myself in the crystal maze trying to solve a puzzle. Thankfully it’s not that hard. Leaflet included does explain things and it’s really just a matter of putting the handles into the holes to cover up the colours you’re wanting to work. Red being shoulders for example, you can work out in 3 different sets to work all the muscle groups. It folds up for storage but realistically it doesn’t actually save any space as you’re going to put it back in the box as it’s neater that way. The handles provide a nice amount of surface area and keep the wrists mostly straight so there is less pressure on them. Really good for starting out where form isn’t the best. It does a good job of teaching you where your muscles are and what groups you need to focus on when training them. If you’re already wider set, this might not be for you as you will struggle with the shallow narrow groupings. For a young adult just getting into it, it makes a really good starting point that allows deviate away from the easier push ups that many of us, myself included, would have honed in on because it was how we found them easiest to do… and also looked the most impressive doing them endlessly.

Good for the price
I have to admit I'm not great at doing push-ups. Or perhaps I'm more of a quality-over-quantity type of person (that's my excuse anyway). I was curious if this board would make my push-ups a bit easier but I found that it's actually the opposite. I definitely can't do as many using the board so this may be a good thing for you (if you find push-ups too easy) or not so great if you struggle with them. The board itself seems fairly well made. It comes with some felt stickers that you attach to the underside to prevent it from moving or scratching floors. The trouble with this is that they may fall off at some point. I'd rather that they had been integrated into the product. The handles are comfortable enough in use and stay firmly in place. There are multiple configurations that you can use the board in (as can be seen by the coloured lines) but I've just been using the basic straight push-ups. Perhaps for me basic push-up handles may have been a better option. You really need a flat hard surface to put this on. I tried it on a rubber fitness mat and found that it flexed slightly in the middle which I didn't like. However on a hard wooden floor it's fine.In conclusion: for the price it's quite a well made piece of equipment. Whether you need it or not is up to you. I think for basic push-ups it's fine.

I weigh 90kgs and it feels like I could weigh 200kgs and it still would not flex!
I try to do a lot of press ups and have done so for many years now, and whilst I do try to remember to adjust my hand positions and angles to work different muscles I definitely still do not do this anywhere enough to work the different muscle groups possible from press ups. This for me is what is so excellent about this push up board. It guides you perfectly on working the different muscle groups possible from press up exercises, shoulders, triceps, chest and back.In the well presented box you receive; push up board, 2 x handles, non-slip floor sticky pads and an information leaflet (please see photos). Per photos board unfolded is around 64cm x 20cm.To use the board you simply fold it out straight and turn it colours side up, then decide which muscle group you are going to use and in which position and then push the handles in the chosen slots on the board, aligned with the colour line. The board is very strong and is nowhere near showing any signs of flexing at all. I weigh 90kgs and it feels like I could weigh 200kgs and it still would not flex! The handles are comfortable and not slippy. If there was any area I think this product could be improved then it would be for it to somehow be possible for the handles to fit inside of the folded unit for storage – but then this would mean the board could not have such a low profile I guess. .I am really pleased to have discovered this product and recommend it with 5 stars.

Hurts hands
Handles are awful, hurt your hands, give you some rubber stickers to put on manually. don't really work.Handles hard to pull out once in, would be better on a magnet method.Pretty cheaply made, feels cheap, looks cheap
