Astonishingly good for the (sale) price I paid
I am very happy with these earbuds. The Active Noice Cancelling is amazing. ( Not quite as good as some ANC Bose headphones I have, but those cost 6x as much and are only maybe 20% better.) You can often buy these for less than $50, which is pure value. They look great, fit great and are comfortable for long listening sessions, and I love the knob/button on the case! Battery life goes all day and range is decent, staying connected and clear from 50+ feet away, even on a separate floor. We actually have two pair of these Pro 2s and some Nothing ear (a)s, and I would pick these over the ear (a)s, which cost more.

COMPLETELY IMPRESSED
I'm a big tech nerd and it takes a LOT to impress me and get me to spend some time and write a review like this. All I can say is these are the best bang for your buck hands down. I don't leave reviews hardly ever unless the product is complete garbage or absolutely stellar. These will 190% blow you away at this price point. The sound is crisp, clear, bassy and coupled with the Nothing app, these are on par with some of the more spendy buds in the $120-$150 range and even then the options within those apps still doesn't give you the controls of the nothing app. So lets get into the some of the details and my experience so far. First thing, I love the color options. Myself, I got the orange pair and love it so much I actually have the newest Nothing watch 3 Pro on the way, and yes with the orange band. The first thing I noticed is the comfy fit. Most ear buds simply just don't fit right and the gummies are either way to hard and stiff or sizes are off. Generally just not comfortable and don't seal the ear properly. Not the case with these CMF Nothing 2 Pro's. The gummies are surprisingly comfortable, especially at this proce point. The buds themselves, plastic (like everything else but these are a little more premium), Noise canceling is really good. I ended up with the 2 pros because my dig decided to chew up my CMF Buds 2 case when everyone was SUPPOSED TO BE SLEEPING! So i decided to make the upgrade to the 2 pros since they were just a couple bucks more. Now the case from the Buds 2 and the Buds 2 Pro, if you have the couple extra $$, get the 2 pro, case has an actual dial that has functions in comparison to the Buds 2 which is just a fidget toy or connection for a lanyard. But the case in my opinion is worth the extra $10-$15 in my opinion. One thing to note though is don't set anything for the single press option on the case if you plan on carrying in pocket because one accidental press and you might need a new pair of undies. Overall, simply the best set of earbuds by far at this price point and with such a good impression with their sub brand, I'm going to be purchasing a lot of Nothing Brand and the CMF line up. So if this is the "budget Buds", I'm curious on what the higher end products will deliver also

Solid, affordable and worth it
Wasn't expecting much from some earbuds, but I'm flabbergasted by how well they perform. Very good noise cancelling, very good audio quality all around. It was quite easy to setup when compared to other devices I've tried that require odd hoops, you just download the software, pair em up and as easy as that. You can fiddle with the settings for the earbuds such as equalizer and how the noise cancelling works. So far without charging them and maybe only using them for an hour or two at a time, the earbuds themselves can last what seems like 6 hours, however the case itself also acts as a charger for the earbuds so you can swap out and let them charge in the case. The case also has functions of its own with the wheel, which you can set those functions in the software, including the touch sensitive buttons on the earbuds themselves. Fitting wise they're not uncomfortable, but they're just a tad small making them potential to fall out. But overall I'd say they're pretty amazing. Not one complaint worth docking points for.

Solid but not flawless
I have about 50hrs of use at time of review. Pros: The case isn't gimmicky. It's has solid, programmable controls that feel good. It's also magnetic so even when the case is open your earbuds will not just fall out. In fact, you can open the case and try your hardest to shake them out and they'll stay perfectly in place. The earbuds have great battery life. At about 2/3rds volume with ANC on HIGH they use about 10% every hour with the case recharging them about 30% in about 10-15min. The App for the earbuds is actually really nice. It's not invasive (only requiring nearby device location to work) and isn't sluggish to bothersome to use with a fairly solid Equalizer. Easily one of the best earbud apps I've downloaded Sound quality with MUSIC is great and feels immersive especially with the customizable equalizer. Potential Cons: They do fit a bit snug in your ear and the case only came with 2 different size adjustments that didn't work too well for my ears. As a result it took a couple days (12ish hrs of use) for my ears to become comfortable with the additional snugness. BOOKS: if you listen to audio books they can sound a bit hollow. I tried playing around with the equalizer a bit and couldn't quiet get dialed in enough. As a result books sounded like they were being played down a short hallway or like someone was speaking through a toilet paper roll. ANC isn't great but isn't terrible. It's perfectly middle of the road. They claim a "50db Hybrid Noise canceling" but I'd argue heavily that it's much much closer to 25-30 as I have another set of earbuds that claim 42db and are noticeably better at blocking noises out. But you can turn ANC on and go shopping in a busy Walmart midday with nothing playing and the earbuds do act like decent earplugs. However, you try to do anything with any sort of consistent noise slightly above average and the passthrough kicks on and basically makes the ANC useless. It's because of this feature specifically that I do not give the earbuds a 5* review. Overall they're a VERY solid earbud for the average person. They have nice features, solid battery life, and don't cost a ridiculous amount of money. And as long as you're not NEEDING the ANC for your job or hobby these earbuds will probably work great.

Switched from Apple and haven't looked back — these are my everyday earbuds now
I used to reach for my AirPods without thinking about it. They were just the default. Then I tried these and the default changed. The sound is the first thing. Bass-forward in a way that AirPods aren't, which took maybe a day to adjust to and then felt like the right call. The 11mm driver pushes real low-end depth without muddying the mids, and vocals sit clearly in the mix. Apple's tuning is more neutral and polished out of the box, but with the Nothing X app's EQ and the five Ultra Bass levels, these get dialed in fast. Once they are, I prefer them. The noise cancellation runs at 50dB and handles the situations I actually care about — commuting, working with background noise, blocking out a loud room. It's not going to out-perform AirPods Pro on sudden sharp sounds, but for steady low-frequency noise like traffic and HVAC it's every bit as effective in real use. I stopped noticing the gap pretty quickly. The Smart Dial on the case is the feature I bring up when people ask about these. It's a physical metal ring on the charging case that lets you adjust volume, skip tracks, and toggle ANC modes without touching the earbuds or pulling out your phone. Keeping the earbud seal intact while changing volume is one of those things you don't realize matters until you start doing it. AirPods have no equivalent. Battery life gets me through a full day without thinking about it. When I do need to top up, 10 minutes in the case gives back about 3 hours of playback. The total runtime with the case is 43 hours, which in practice means charging the case once or twice a week rather than managing daily. The one area where AirPods still have an edge is the Apple ecosystem integration — the automatic device switching between iPhone, iPad, and Mac is seamless in a way these don't match. Multipoint connection works across two devices but the handoff isn't as frictionless. If you live entirely in the Apple ecosystem that gap is real. If you don't, it largely disappears. For the price difference these aren't a compromise. They're a preference.

Phenomenal set of buds for a great price!
I cannot believe the sound quality to price ratio you get with these. My Bose QuietComforts, though better at ANC, are a close match in regards to sound quality. I also have the Nothing Buds (a), and they do not match the sound quality that these particular CMFs provide. These CMFs have dual drivers, while many others utilize single drivers. I find this dual driver design superior for louder listening, especially for high frequencies or spatial effects as those beloved deep bass notes don't drown out the highs as they are emitted from a dedicated driver. Build quality, being honest, is a B-, while the Nothing Buds get an A- from me. They're all plastic at the end of the day, I just feel the CMFs could of used a bit higher quality material, yet it does keep the bud weight down, so maybe it wasn't by accident. Battery life is not an issue and a full charge of the case will easily carry you through the day. With ANC off, it will last you several days of moderate to heavy use. Noise canceling is pretty good, but I'm comparing that to a much more expensive set designed specifically for ANC, so they do the job well. So for the price, build, sound and features, you sincerely can't go wrong with a set of these. I'm big into music, and especially the quality side of things as true high fidelity music hits different. With LDAC support on these with a new enough device, you can aquire some high quality music on your phone using applications such as Tidal or QoBoz. If you really want to enjoy the full sound quality, start there. As a bonus, the case and its ability to deactivate its control features by a double press is a huge plus if you're worried about mistakenly triggering commands. The Nothing Brand is not playing around as they have a plethora of devices out, and they are not stopping as far as improvements..Firmware updates which take a few minutes will be needed out of the box, so plan on that on your first use. 5☆

A ton of features, great audio quality, very nice app. Punches well above its weight class.
Taken with a grain of salt, since I've been using them for a total of 30 minutes. Update - I've now worn them through 2 calls and all was well. No complaints from the other end, and my side was crystal clear. Comfort is good, and my longest session was 3 hours. No ear pain, and they stayed in my ears. Still have not used the case dial function. Oh yeah, after 3 hours of music play I put the buds back in the case and both buds were still at 83% battery. A couple minor weaknesses, but again, I keep in mind that they are sub $60 buds. The noise cancellation is wonky with loud noises (in my case Chainsaw and Circular saw). The pass through audio is not great, but I was able to have conversations with a few people at Lowes. This could be improved, but the price would go up. Music was still great. Original review: First song though them is All Night by Def Leppard from Euphoria. It has a lot of quasi variable sounds, a hint of soft rock rap, rock, acapella vocals, and vocals isolated with nothing but bass, good harmonies, both high and low tones. Normally I drive a new set of buds to max volume, but these approached uncomfortable at 3/4 volume, which is also where the "Ear Damage" warning pops up. I got to *80% volume and backed off (very impressive). They only have 3 tip options, SML, and are factory fitted with M. I switched to the Large and get good isolation. For this sub $60 purchase price I did not expect a hearing test from the app, and one does not exist, but it does have a fit test under the Device Settings. Also under the Device Settings is the Dual Connection option, which by default is set to off. If you switch to dual connection, the buds have to reboot, so don't do this if you're in the middle of listening to a song or on a phone call. Surprisingly, the app and buds have a Find My Earbuds option - unheard of for this price. The buds sound fantastic with Spacial Audio off, but there is a noticable enhancement when you enable Spacial Audio. I like both outputs equally, and thing for those who come from or are in the sound production world, my guess is they will prefer the perception of a pre and post mixed feel. Spacial off tends to be a lot more of a natural recording, and Spacial sounds like a producer got a low impact opportunity to add some effects, but not over powering. Another effect of Spacial is a slight volume boost. I've not yet tried the case dial, and while cool, I don't see a personal application, but still cool as a remote control for your buds, without the need to touch the buds or use the phone app. The case is a little larger than my Soundcore Space A40's, but I like the square shape. I also bought a matching TPU case so I'd not scratch up the case while in my pocket. There are only two things I poke at. There is no USB-C cable included (not a big deal - by now everyone has a dozen or more). The second is a personal preference, and that is earbud charge % display, and that it only shows charge drop in 5% increments, i.e. 100%, 95%, 90% etc. I am not yet able to speak to call quality, but that will happen soon I hope. So far I'm sticking with the Euphoria album, but I can't wait to hear Drive by The Cars, both for vocal and instrumental clarity.

Excellent earbuds for the price, case is a little clumsy.
I'm too much of a cheapskate and music isn't important enough to me to justify buying a high-end model of earbuds. But when my last pair went belly up and the replacement model I ordered were basically unusable, I decided to look for a nicer model. I researched a bit and heard that these punch above their weight. Came here to check them out and found they were on a great spring sale deal. So I went ahead and got them, and I'm really glad I did. The sound quality and noise cancelling are both the best I've ever used in earbuds. They connect instantly to every device I've used them with, and they switch between active devices seamlessly. Battery life seems really good too. The case is actually the weakest point of this item. It's got sharpish-square edges compared to most, so it's not as easy to get in or out of pockets. Also, it's awkward to open one-handed. But that's not too bad because it's not even obvious which direction it opens. I inevitably end up trying to open it some direction other than where the hinges are. I assume I'll get used to it eventually, but for now it's kind of annoying. The wheel roller/button on the case is kind of cool, but not exactly needed since I usually find the device controls easier to handle. I ended up disabling the button in the app settings so as to not accidentally bump it in my pocket. Overall that's a small downside compared to the quality and sound of the earbuds themselves. I'm glad I bought them, I only hope future versions of the product have a case that's easier to handle.
