Great skillet. Lid contains the heat for faster cooking. Very little oil is needed, food doesn't stick and it's easy to clean.The only drawback is the handle: it's solid and heavy so it's a little unbalanced, and it conducts heat and gets very hot!

It's nice in size for everyday use. The sides are relatively of steep angle for a frying pan, so the cooking surface at the bottom is quite big for the size of pan (e.g. 6-eggs Spanish omelet fits well). It is also very easy to clean, and the lid is a nice addition to the kitchen.The pan is also very light. I was hoping for something a bit heavier, but it is still great, and I use it every day.

I have been looking for the perfect 10" skillet. I've been disappointed on many occasions. However when I tried the Almond (stupid name) skillet it met just all my expectations. (I would have preferred a skillet where the bottom curves up to the lip. (But, that's nitpicking and my own personal preference.) This skillet heats evenly, you don't need to worry about what kind of utensil to use with it, and the handle is very comfortable (huge points for that). And it comes with a lid!

I am ABSOLUTELY in love with this pan! The is by far the best pan I've ever owned. It doesn't require oil which is AH-mazing! I can fry an egg and it flips with ease. Scrambled eggs? No problem! Such a great pan and pretty inexpensive. I bought a cheap pan last time and it lasted maybe 6 months. I'm hoping this one will be good for a long time. The handle is a great shape and angle and I love the stainless steel. It also came with a year warranty. It says it's dishwasher safe but I am handwashing it. My old pan got ruined when I put it in the dishwasher so I'm not taking any chances. I'm sure it would hold up but I don't mind handwashing because nothing sticks. I dont have to scrub it or soak it (so far).The reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lid. Don't get me wrong, I'm am happy I finally have a 10' skillet that has a lid that fits it rather then trying to use one of those universal lids. It works way better to have one that is meant for the pan. Unfortunately, the inside rim traps water and no matter what way I lay in my strainer it doesn't seem to want to drip out. I have to either dry it with a paper towel or whip the water out. Kind of annoying when the pan is such great quality.Overall, this is a great pan and I wouldn't let my comment about the lid deter you from this purchase. Yes, it's annoying but it's something you can live with to enjoy this amazing pan at a decent price. I am very, very happy with my purchase.Thank you!Edit: Almost 5 months later and the pan is still the best one I own. No scrubbing necessary, except on the rivets that hold the handle but those aren't meant to be nonstick. Also, the lid issue isn't as bad as I initially thought. The "trapped water" as I put it will air dry when you leave it in the strainer (or dishwasher).

I have cooked eggs and pancakes in this pan, and they didn't stick at all whereas they would have in my Revereware stainless steel skillet without having put oil in it beforehand.Since the aluminum in this pan is encased in other layers of metal, then I assume that no toxins are released from the aluminum. (About a year ago, I saw on the CDC website that the evidence of aluminum contributing toward causing Alzheimer's Disease is inconclusive. As long as there is a possibility that it has any effect, I try to avoid aluminum when I can.).I like that this skillet is dishwasher-safe although it'll probably stay in better condition if I wash it by hand. I regret -- and it's somewhat embarrassing -- that I spent at least several hours trying to choose the best skillet. I read about warping, food sticking, chemical odors, and handles breaking/feeling too hot. With that kind of reading, one of my kids says I "need to get a life" -- ha!Whenever I have spent a long time -- in what I call Amazon Hell -- reading reviews for various things I have bought, I have spared myself wasting money and whatever difficulties described in the review. If you want to avoid Amazon Hell, just buy this skillet. You will probably like it!

Excellent product- well constructed, cooks perfectly, cleans up easy and has a well constructed glass lid that sets tightly. The price was quite attractive also, and worth every penny.

I bought this pan hoping to finally find something that seems durable and is truly a non-stick pan. I was skeptical, but so far this has been that pan. I actually bought the 12" version first and liked it so much that I came back and bought the 10" as well.I haven't had anything stick to this pan yet and it's super easy to clean. No warping as of yet and the heat seems even throughout while cooking. The handle is really solid and easy to grip as well. Also, the glass lid is also really nice, it has a build in steam vent that's a really nice touch.I wouldn't hesitate to buy the 10" or 12" pan again in the future.

My husband and I are on the keto diet so we cook meat nearly everyday and wanted something durable, easy to clean, and not too expensive. This has been perfect for our needs! The non-stick surface is awesome and grime slides right off when cleaning it. Love this pan!
