Worked perfectly allowing me to repair my refrigerator myself.

I feel that the price is too high for what you are getting, but it's better than replacing the whole fridge or getting a repair tech. I will give the LG Engineers credit; anyone can design a fridge to last a lifetime. It takes a talented engineer to design a fridge that lasts just until after the warranty period.The fan is in the freezer and blows cold air from the evaporator heat exchanger to the rest of the unit. The fridge was making a clicking sound, which I assumed was ice buildup. I also noticed my ice packs were not freezing. After defrosting the freezer, the clicking went away, but the unit would not get back to temperature. Fortunately for us, this happened during a polar vortex, so outside temps were under 20F even during the day.This little unit did the job, and the fridge and freezer temps bounced back quickly. You can tell they did not want this serviced; a bunch of tape, glue, and screws were holding the assembly together. I was able to salvage the fan from the broken motor.Pro-tip: when the fridge is doing the initial cool-down, pull it out from the recessed area so the compressor and condenser can cool down. This is a good time to vacuum things up too.

Be aware that it is the motor only and not the whole fan so you need to reuse some parts. But everything working just fine once installed

The part shipped quickly and exactly what we needed to get our refrigerator working properly again. We had ordered outside of Amazon just in case this was incorrect, but getting it from this company was cheaper and they actually sent the right thing compared to the other company. Thank you!
