I have seen everyone typing bad review on this product, but once I get this product, I think they’re having some types of misunderstanding because the product that I have received was pretty good enough that it works without any lag no remote tissues, no software issues, even though my TV is very old, more than 15 years oldIt just work very effectively audio was superb. Can I get new one or refund of the firestick
First I Connected the firestick with my apps and when I started it second time the logo pop up but I can’t see the content and I retry it for multiple time but doesn’t work the out come was same I tried to pair it with other tv as well but it was the same and then I found out that my fire stick is causing trouble I do connected it with all apps and did want to restart it but on screen I can not see and the remote is also not helping.
