The hat is one size fits all but it’s very short. I have MANY trucker hats that are one size fits all and never had an issue. However with this hat it doesn’t even come close to touching my ears. Almost like it’s a kids size. I even had to extend the back adjustments to the last hole. My head is not big by any means and this has never happened with a hat.
