I was a bit skeptical at first but this in addition to some decent exercise and eating right definitely makes a difference!,great value for money for the size ,tastes great all in all has get effectiveness

This drink taste lovely, the only warning is it is high in caffeine. So if you are tolerate to it beware. Made my fingers tingle with amount of caffeine. But good for a tenner.

This has a pleasant taste and is easy to drink, but I recommend doing so in moderation because of the caffeine content.Unfortunately, despite being easy to get down, it hasn't seemed to have any effect on me over the last month, whether that was down to increased energy or help with weight loss.This can vary by person to person, so what may not work for me may work for others - that said, I can only go by my own experience.Not bad to drink, but that's about it for me.

I have tried powders like this before - they were disgusting, had that chemical aftertaste. This one is lovely, has nice flavour, although I did put it into 500ml of water instead suggested one. Very nice flavour. Now will see if it actually does the job too.

I ordered this product to try and help me lose weight as due to my health, I have put on a lot of weight recently and I want to get back to a normal, healthy weight to try stop my health deteriorating any more.Delivery of this product was very good, I ordered this product and it was delivered to me the very next day.This product is a powder rather than tablets, so it’s much easier to use and in each packet, you get up to 30 servings, measuring only 450g, this product is very easy to use, you just add 1 scoop to 150-200mls of cold water, shake well until mixed and then drink it, it is advised to drink this in a protein shaker but I just put it in a cup and use a frother to mix it well, it mixes very well and doesn’t leave any powder particles as long as it is stirred or mixed very well.This is not to be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.You do this process up to twice every 24 hours and it is not advised to drink more than one shake at a time, the best time to use this product is before working out.The fact that this needs to be added to water helps you to achieve your daily water goal, which can also really help with weight loss.This product comes in 3 different flavours, you can either get strawberry lemonade, mixed berry or tropical, I got the strawberry lemonade flavour and it tastes absolutely lovely, it has an extremely fruity taste to it, which is great as some powders like this have such a horrible taste to them, if you personally didn’t like the taste of this, I am guessing you could probably add a slight amount of cordial to it if you really wanted to do that.The more water you add to it, the more it would dilute the taste.It also has a nice smell to it, so there’s no need to cover your mouth when drinking it.This comes in a resealable pouch which is very easy to open, the fact that it’s resealable keeps the product fresh for longer, it’s advised to store in a cool, dry place away from children, I store it in my cupboard and this seems to be working well without it going off easily.This product comes with so many ingredients which are good for you, including vitamin B complex, folic acid and D-Biotin, which is great as I’ve told recently I have very low folic acid, so this helps to build that back up.It is also has caffeine in it, so it’s a good alternative to drinking coffee or energy drinks, it’s so much better for you and it doesn’t have a high amount of caffeine in it, it’s very good for someone who is addicted to caffeine or likes taking it, due to the caffeine, I wouldn’t personally recommend drinking this late at night incase it keeps you awake, leaving you unable to sleep.I can not see protein on it, so I am guessing it doesn’t have any in but you could always take a protein shake or bar with it if you wanted to, as long as it doesn’t have too much of the same ingredients.From what I can see on the ingredients, it is vegetarian friendly but definitely not vegan friendly as it does include milk.The ingredients and directions are on the back of the packaging and they’re extremely easy to read, with all the allergens in bold, so you recognise and notice them a lot easier without having to actually look for them.It does have only 1 allergen which is milk but it is made in a facility that handles milk, soya, nuts and cereals containing gluten.This product works by supporting lipid metabolism, giving you a boost of energy and helping to get rid of feelings of tiredness and fatigue, making you more likely to actually get up and workout.This is a very good option if you have tried other methods of trying to lose weight and them failing.I have found some other powders like this are extremely difficult to drink and can make you feel very nauseous, this product doesn’t do this at all, I drink it very easily and I have found it has no nasty side effects.I have not actually heard of the brand Sealions myself but from what I have read online, they seem to be a very good budget friendly brand, which do show good results when taken regularly.If you’re on any prescription medicine or have any health conditions, it’s best to consult your doctor before starting this product incase it counteracts with any medication that you are on already.I have only been using this product for a day, so it’s too early for me to comment on any weight loss results yet, although, I do find drinking this does give me a slight boost of energy, it’s similar to drinking an energy drink without all the nasty risks that come with drinking one, I am optimistic that this product will produce some good results for me as it looks quite promising.The packet is extremely lightweight and not too large, making it easy to put in your luggage and carry it around with you if you wanted to take it away with you to prevent you from missing any doses (I couldn’t think of another word to use other than doses).At the time of this review, this product is £9.99, which is an absolutely brilliant price and it’s worth trying for that little amount of money.Overall, so far, I highly recommend this product.

The taste is definitely not for me but I do see the difference when using this product before going to work out. It actually gives the tingles in the arm as most pre-workouts do so I definitely know that it is working and I can definitely push myself further when using this product I just personally wish there was a different flavour as it’s really not my pallet, other than that, I would definitely say this is brilliant pre-workout at a really good price

This is a decent tasting easy to make drink but I have to say it left me with a dose of heartburn.Both flavours did this so maybe it’s one of the active ingredients but it really got me. I can’t speak to the efficacy of the weight loss properties but I can say it warms your body up that’s for sure!Flavour is decent, mixes well and decent packaging. Just a bit rough on the heartburn
