At first the unit seemed to work well but it started hanging after 3 month and required a power cycle to recover. It also has problems with some lower resolution movies on my 4k screen. The same movies work fine on a different box with the same TV. The unit is only 4 months old and I have taken it out of service because it's hanging almost every day now.

if you are a fan of android tablets and cell phones this is the tv box you want. I have mine set up on hotspot off my Galaxy S6 and it works fine . i have ran on the 2.5g and the 5g wifi and it works great on both. I have mouse and keyboard hooked up to it and I rarely even use the remote. With the Google Play Store preloaded you can customize however you want. Wiith this little box you can take your entertainment with you. This isn't just a tv box, its actually an Android tv computer box.

Wow I had an androbox that was a year old. I cannot believe the difference in speed and ease of use. Love the led it makes it look totally up to date. No problems installing 3rd party stuff. Great buy LOVEN IT. I have a slow siti and domy get any lag. Every 3rd party program has worked. I even love the opening screen. I've seen these for double the price else where. I have a slow WiFi and don't have any lag with this box like my others.

Devise keep going back to home screen when trying to set up existing Google account. Very hard to read setting menu even when icons are set up to largest on 55" screen from 10' away

Thru the box way and cant return. Keeps restarting everytime i open apps. Low quality.
