I was on the hunt for a replacement for my 10-13-year-old Calphalon cookware, and these pots and pans did not disappoint! They are the perfect weight—thick, durable, and feel solid in hand. The shape of the handle made it easy to grip when trying to pour from the pan. The nonstick ceramic coating is absolutely incredible; food slides off easily, and cleaning is a breeze. I’ve never had cookware with a nonstick surface this effective!The lids fit snugly, which is a great feature for locking in heat while cooking. I also love the sleek, tempered glass lids that provide maximum visibility. Plus, the blue color is a beautiful pop of color in my otherwise monotone kitchen—definitely adds a stylish touch.These pots and pans are truly fell built to last. The ceramic coating is incredibly scratch-resistant, and they’re metal utensil safe, so I don’t have to worry about damaging them with my kitchen tools. I should have purchased these a long time ago. They are awesome. Very well made. The ceramic is definitely non-stick. Cooks excellently and cleans up very very easily. So much better than my totally scratched up teflon pans. I feel this is a very healthy, extremely nice looking alternative.

I have several Ninja products so thought I'd try their pans. I am so glad I did, I love them. They are well made and sturdy. The big pot heats so fast that it's greatly reduced the time needed to make mashed potatoes.The three skillets vary in size and style so they meet all of my cooking needs. The lids fit nicely and everything is well made.Highly recommend

Quality is great, foods do not stick, easy cleanup.

I have been cooking almost exclusively on these pans for a couple months now. The pans are easy to clean and the surface of the pans show no signs of flaking or peeling. With the long warranty provided with these pans I hope that the quality holds up for quite a while. For my cooking style I would sacrifice some of the smaller pans on this set in am exchange for a larger size pot. The heavy duty construction of this pan set required a little more time on the stove to heat up but helps to retain the heat while cooking.

Great quality material. Works well and cooks evenly. The paint however, peels easily.

There are not many versatile options in popular ceramic pots and pans. What the market is missing is things like handles that don’t burn the shit out of your hand, domed lids that seat properly on pots, and durable and safe non stick coatings.I bought the Ninja 11 pc set because it was the closest match to what I was looking for. It is one of the most affordable ceramic cookware sets. The lids are not perfect (not domed) but they work well. The handles do not get hot unless exposed to heat, i.e. if it is to close to another pot on the burner. The non stick is great but no matter how hard you try to be gentle, things will still stick after a while. I like believe you are not eating it but who knows.Major downside these pans is you must be gentle with them. For example, if you wash a hot pan in cold water it will CUP and will not cook right. They do warn you of this in the care instructions when you open the box. You will also have to be careful with the finish on the pan as it chips very easily if you are not gentle. The bottom will rust as well. And depending on what color you get, I got the gray one, it will stain very easily.Like I said, they were very affordable and the options for other ceramic pots and pans were very limited so this was the best suit for me however, two months later, I will say that these pots and pans are not the most durable or performance based pots and pans.Given all that I give these pots and pans, a generous three stars.
