A nifty Bluetooth to WiFi bridge
Works like a charm. Using it to communicate with the BMS on a lifepo4 battery via Bluetooth, over WiFi. Very handy and easy to setup.

Great little device! Perfect for Home Assistant Bluetooth Proxy!
Take the M5Stack ATOM Lite, add a USB C to USB 3.0 Data 10Gbps Charge Adapter 180 Degree U Shape UP Angled adaptor, and a spare USB charger, and you have a handy dandy, low profile, easy to put anywhere, Bluetooth Proxy for Home Assistant. This works flawlessly for my plant stand BLE plant sensors. Great size, great price for a single unit, great reliability.

The perfect ESP32 package for Home Assistant projects!
I had been browsing all the different ESP32 boards that are available to use as Bluetooth Proxies for my Home Assistant instance. I kept wondering how people enclose them to prevent shorts and so it doesn't look like a kluge. "WHY?!" I wondered, "Why don't they make an ESP32 board that comes in an enclosure?" And then the heavens parted and the Lord said, "Arthur! Arthur, King of the Britons..." ...uh... I mean, finally the M5Stack revealed itself to me and I realized this was PRECISELY what I needed. More ports and connectivity options than I could ever use in a single project. Convenient TINY little package. Absolutely perfect. I bought 2 and set them both up as Home Assistant Bluetooth Proxies using a USB-C cable connected to my Mac and visiting esphome.io where I found the project. From there, I plugged them into USB power adapters, and they were immediately located by ESPHome on my Home Assistant, and they've worked great ever since. Now I'm looking at purchasing another one to use with a CN105 cable to hook up to a Mitsubishi Mini Split I'm contemplating to cool my overheating garage.

Great little IoT processor with a lot of punch.
I’m very impressed by the look and feel of the M5Stack Atom Lite. It packs a big punch in a small package, with built in buttons, LEDs, IR, WiFi, I/O all while staying budget friendly. Perfect for IoT and home automation.

Works well with Home Assistant
Works great with Home Assistant as a Bluetooth proxy. I used the pre- built projects on Esphome.io and it only takes a few minutes to install the code. I use the Bermuda Trilateration integration along with ESPHome Builder The small form factor is a big plus, since the device needs to be plugged in. I bought small usb adapters and an angle connector so there’s no usb cable. I ended up buying a bunch more from the M5stack store since they were about 1/3 the price at the time I ordered them. They ship from China, so it takes a while to get them.
