I've tried Ciltep (Natural Stacks) and Paneuromix and they did nothing. I've tried Gingko Biloba, Bacopa Monnieri, Uridine Monophosphate and they have had very little effect, if any at all. Finally I've found (thanks to nootropicwatchdog.com) a nootropic that actually delivers. This (and 'Go' from Supercharged Nutrition) is the only nootropic I can trust. I take two tablets in the morning, and about an hour after I notice that my sense of well-being and willpower is heightened. The effect on willpower lasts all day, but the mental energy boost drops off for me quite noticeably after a few hours (say, like 3-4hrs). I started to add a choline supplement (150mg Alpha GPC + 150mg CDP Choline) and that seems to have done the trick for extending mental energy.
