I have been doing at home PT for about five months now. I ordered these not too long ago, because my band at the PT office had grips on them. If I am being honest, it makes the world of difference doing my exercises and making sure I get the target areas properly and not veer off course. I am a little on the tiny side, and the bands were rubbing the insides of my wrists, so I pulled it together, higher up, wrapped it with gorilla tape, and put bandage wrap around it so it didn’t rub. Such a good idea now I have no issues doing any of my exercise’s and I can swap out different colored bands as I do my workout or progress. Such a good value, durable, GOOD quality materials and I predict that they will last pretty long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
