That's not Futurepress' fault that is desertcart's fault, I purchased one from FP's website and one from desertcart. I was curious as to which would be delivered earlier and condition of the packaging. I got my FP order in first, with peanut packaging and air cushion bags. desertcart's delivery came in on Nov. 9th. I seem to be a lucky one, the "protective" crap plastic shrink wrap that will suck the life out of a vinyl record if left on for years and never opened was a tad ripped. FP's shipping was great and even desertcart didn't seem to be playing catch with the box. That's why I try to always get my hands on two FP guides, one to save and possibly sell at a later date or to just have a Mint one and one I can use. Decided that was best with these behemoth's of information on my favorite gaming company. I just wish I could have gotten my hands on the OG The Old Hunters DLC FP guide... I did get an OG Dark Souls Compendium, but value to others went down when they re-released the Compendium again. I usually don't even end up selling them, but not to say I'm actively putting in work to sell my extras right now. ❤️ Futurepress and all the hard work they put into their work, the quality of the guides are above and beyond any other companies, unless it is some hard back Prima special and the price for these guides I find to be more than reasonable! Hopefully they can catch a little break for a vacation because they have been very busy with work, especially after ER dropped. Sorry to those who's books might have a bump or whatnot on the cover. My first advice, find the best book protectors you can, these guides are going to pick up little bumps and etc from use, they are not stainless steel book covers, they are "bound printing materials ". Just enjoy the guide and don't get so bent out of shape from one ding, it's damn the Holidays, just wait until you see some other stuff you've ordered come in.... broken. Although the dude with the hole in the cover, I'd contact desertcart and Futurepress and request a replacement or refund..... looks like someone put out a cigar on it or something.... any ways Thank you, JM Everyone stay safe, healthy, & most importantly, happy! Couldn't ask for more from a strategy guide. I received mine undamaged and in immaculate condition, but judging from other reviews here and the very lazy packaging (just a couple pieces of brown paper stuffed around the book in a box much too big for it) that was more of a fluke than anything. Considering that this is a limited edition item and replacements may not be possible, desertcart desperately needs to do a better job packaging these books. I've had a couple other Future Press guides from them arrive with dinged corners, but thankfully nothing quite as major as some of these other review's pictures I've seen. Do better, desertcart. You've figured out how to ship vinyl records safely, surely you can do the same for books - it's not as if this entire company started out as an online bookstore... right?

Futurepress never disappoints!
Ok, first off, let's talk about damaged products. That's not Futurepress' fault that is Amazon's fault, I purchased one from FP's website and one from Amazon. In typical Future Press fashion the book and it's contents are of the absolute highest quality. The perfect companion guide for a Hunter
This is the best purchase I have ever made. It came in perfect condition and is beautiful. It has everything you need for a complete playthrough of Bloodborne. All weapon locations and boss weaknesses and concept art. Base game and DLC included and it’s perfectly laid out. Has not left my side since it arrived. Definitely worth the $60!

Its got all the stats, maps and strategies you'll need to beat the game or plan builds/challenge runs. Covers every item/weapon/monster/boss of the base game and DLC. Lots of great art and lore as well.

Beautiful,Complete,Complex and HUGE!
Really honestly very happy and surprised. It WAS in excellent conditon as advertised. It was very close to NEW!! So I got a $50 listed book for 25! Thats a steal considering the size of this book. It has over 740 pages of THE most intricate parts of the game,from Maps,Secrets,Lore,step by step boss fights,Armor,Weapons, its ALL HERE!! Stuff I never saw on you tube. Im VERY happy with this .

A must have guide for bloodborne fans
I owned the bloodborne collector's edition that I purchased in 2017. That edition only covers the base game. The current bloodborne complete edition covers both base game and the dlc which is great for people who didn't get the chance to own the old hunter guide book. I'm glad that Future Press decided to reprint and compile a new edition for the new/old players. Hopefully they will reprint more guides in future. Lastly regarding the low ratings on this guide book, it's mainly due to the poor shipping on amazon side. The book and its content itself is a 10/10. I am from Malaysia and in my 7-8 years of purchasing guide book from them, I've always received the book in good condition. Thankfully I had never encountered any problem so far.

The book is great, but don’t buy these from Amazon
The book itself is obviously a masterpiece. It’s for a masterpiece of a game by a company known for making the best guides (or really encyclopedias) for the games they cover. Amazon, however, will ALWAYS put these types of things into a box with no packing materials and send them, ensuring that every single time, the books get dinged corners or in the case of paperbacks, folded covers. It’s awful. If you want to buy a book from Amazon and you REALLY care about its condition, you need to buy three and keep the one packed in the middle, returning the two that will buffer them in shipping. I’ve even contacted Amazon in advance multiple times when ordering books, prior to shipping, to ensure they pack them well. Even after being “assured” they will “make a note” on the order, books are still packaged with zero protection. Just a general FYI.

Un artículo imprescindible si eres fan del juego.
El libro es magnífico, jugar Bloodborne teniéndolo a la mano añade una nueva capa a la experiencia. Se siente como tener un grimorio mientras exploras un mundo desconocido. Ayuda mucho si te atoras con un jefe o no sabes cómo conseguir algún objeto. Llegó rápido, pero llegó dañado.

Got hooked up on Bloodborne now that I can finally play it, getting the guide really makes wanna play even more and adds some sort of immersion it feels good to pull up the guide and look up stuff to understand the game better during struggles. Great quality, good explanations great illustrations a must have if you really into Bloodborne nice piece of kind of collection to have
