I own four Switch Bots. Just purchased this latest one. Great product. Relatively easy set up even for a non technical person like me. Definition great. I can see the two cameras I have set up at home without difficulty. Recommend you buy a 128GB memory card with the product. Saves any upload costs. I will be ditching my Alarm company next year and the cost savings in a year would cover all your camera needs. You get instant alerts and you can monitor and prove deliveries/ non deliveries. The company help desk is excellent. The App works well. Would recommend this company’s Bots without hesitation.

I already have 2 of the earlier version of this camera, so was keen to try this upgrades version out.The image quality is noticeably improved, particularly in low light. This aided by the larger aperture and higher spec cmos sensor.They seem to have perfected motion tracking which works brilliantly..There doesn't seem to be any video lag either.Setup took all of a few minutes and was quick and painless. There is a USB charger and a slim flat USB C cable included (not micro USB like it says in description)I'll add some comparison photos once I've spent more time with it, first impressions though, I'm very happy..

Set up was easy. The picture is very clear until you use night vision which is generally poor on most cameras.Plenty of functions and very easy to use.If there was one thing that really let me down it is the sound of the alarm which even at maximum, is hardly heard outside if the room it is in

Using this as a Cat Cam in the Kitchen. Great device to be able to keep an eye on the Fuzzies whilst we are out as well as talk to them remotely - which can mean they are a bit confused. The fact it tracks them as they move about is also great, but we also have the ability to manually redirect the camera remotely to scan the room if we need to. Sensitivity can be adjusted so it doesn't alert to every thing (such as a leaf moving in a breeze for example). We have installed a memory card to store the recording locally rather than use the offered Cloud storage, which is great as we can remotely access this whenever required. Also the card is set to overwrite as needed, but we have never lost any recordings as the largest card has plenty of space for months of storage.=============================================================================Updated for newer 2K modelThe above review is for the older 2K version. There is a new version out (I was sent one as a free gift) which isnt as good and the picture quality is poor. Even the non-2K (1080p) version has better video quality than the new 2K version - Just don't buy it.

Was easy to set up and works really well.

The product is good, all functions are working fine. But it's made in China, better to power off or put privacy mode on when you are at home.

Using it as a baby monitor, the camera quality is much better than the competition. All competing baby monitors are 1080 which do not give good quality when zoomed in. This camera has 2k video feed so zoom looks much better.It's 360 camera so no matter how I keep it I can rotate it to check the surroundings.Was very easy to setup. Just took a minute and then was up and running. Motion detection works well. SD card storage means I don't need to pay for cloud storage. Google home and Alexa setup was very easy and convenient as competitor baby monitors don't have this support for video feed.Highly recommend the 2k version. Very good company.
